Uh I'm even trying to catch up to him. You know, when he talks to you, he'll say one thing, "There is something on the inside of you."

You know, he's a leader. A leader always sees the potential of people and a good leader always ensures that you don't waste your potential because it's the worst thing to waste, anyway. Um but we're going to get right into it. I want you to share this. Let somebody know that we are live. I know nobody knew we were coming live. I just kind of showed up, but I want to get back to doing that, too. I I You know, sometimes when I'm way too scheduled, I I actually hate it.

So, sometimes I want to teach what God is putting in my spirit and waiting sometimes is too long, but I'm trying my best. Um shout out to my son, Nick. He made this amazing outfit I have on. The guy's just designing amazing things and I was like, "You know what? I'll wear this and uh he's killing it. This is really good.

I'm actually shocked. Uh Nick, we need to talk, you know. He always sends me stuff, but this I was like, "This is incredible." I always wear his stuff, but this was different. Um I want you to hear me by the spirit of God.

Most Christians don't know how to put a wall of protection against you and the enemy. And it is simply because most believers don't understand what prayer is actually designed to do.

There is protection and then there is protection.

If an enemy can reach you and God has to come in and save you from that, that is called deliverance. That's not called protection.

Right.

To be delivered means you are still in the reach of the enemy.

But when the enemy cannot reach you, when the enemy cannot go beyond a certain boundary, that is called protection.

Most believers only know deliverance. Many believers don't know protection.

Because most of the time we are always playing catch-up.

But when you are under divine protection, you can see who's trying to breach your wall, but you know they will never breach your wall.

So the enemy will never be a concern because there is a barricade. There is a gap. There is a a a There is a a a um a distance that he can never cover as long as something stands in the presence of God. This is the same reason why also we have so many believers that are praying for a miracle every day.

Today they'll pray for a miracle. Tomorrow they'll pray for another miracle. The day after they'll pray for another miracle. They'll get one breakthrough, then they'll pray for another breakthrough because this breakthrough has already expired. Spiritually you're living hand to mouth.

Because you don't know what establishes you in the spirit. The Bible says, "Believe God and you will be established.

Believe his prophets and you'll prosper." The question is this, how many Christians are established?

If I'm talking to you, just put it in the chat. You're talking to me, prophet.

I can't hear you. I want you to think soberly.

How many believers do you know that are actually established?

Established in their faith, established in their life, established within their soul, established within their career, established within their their purpose. If you look at the apostles, the apostles had troubles, but it never destabilized them because they were established.

Whatever God put before them, they still fulfilled it. Because they could never be shaken. They were on the solid rock.

But there is a realm and a dimension that most believers don't understand. It is the most superior weapon of spiritual warfare.

It is the most superior.

There is no greater one than the one you're about to learn.

Go to Psalms chapter 2 from verse 1. Psalms chapter 2 from verse 1. My son, the prophet uh Junior Elias Andrew, he's he's reading for us. You're going to be seeing more of him in a little bit.

Psalms 2:1

Uh-huh.

It reads, "Why do the heathen rage and the people imagine a vain thing?

Uh-huh.

The kings of the earth set themselves and the rulers take counsel together

against the Lord and against his anointed saying, "Let us break their bands asunder and cast away their cords off from us.

Mhm.

He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh. The Lord shall have them in his derision.

Mhm.

Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath and vex them in his sore displeasure.

Mhm.

Yet have I set my king upon the holy hill of Zion. I will declare the decree that the Lord hath said unto me,

Stop right there. Verse 7. Read verse 7 again.

"I will declare the decree the Lord hath said unto me, Thou art my son. This day have I begotten thee."

Stop right there. This is talking about Jesus. It's saying that the enemy is always planning. The enemy is about to do something against you. But he who is in heaven will laugh. And he will destroy them by his sword. He will scatter them. This is what the Lord is planning. Then verse seven, read verse seven again.

I will declare the decree. The Lord has said unto me.

I will declare a decree.

What the Lord has said unto me.

Most believers are operating without decrees.

Okay, maybe we should go live. We should go offline. Because I feel like some people are missing it.

A believer is supposed to operate with decrees. But the believer does declarations that are not backed up by any decree.

You just need to declare the word. No, it will not work. Unless there is a decree backing you.

When I say things, they come to pass because there is a divine decree that supports every single thing that I do. So, it is virtually impossible for me to fail. Not because I am perfect, but there is a decree that has put my enemies at bay. There is a decree that is aligned with my purpose in the sight of God where God says, "Whatsoever he will say, I will back it up." So, even if I sneeze by accident, somebody will still get blessed.

Why? Because a decree is sustaining my position

in the sight of God. What is the difference between a decree and a law?

That's good.

Let me help somebody.

What is the difference between a decree and a law? A law governs a people. A decree supports a man in the presence of people. A decree cannot just be made by anybody. A decree can only be done by a king. Because in the kingdom system, even though there are laws, a king can create a decree that becomes a law to whatever advantages he sees fit for himself.

Right.

When you go to the book of Daniel, can we go to the Bible? Let me help somebody.

All the presidents of the kingdom, the governors and the princes, the counselors and the captains have consulted together to establish a royal statute.

And to make a firm decree that whosoever shall ask a petition of any god or man for 30 days, save of thee, O king, he shall be cast into the den of lions.

Now, O king, establish the decree and sign the writing that it be not changed.

So, the the the Babylonians are like, "Yo, we hate Daniel and his brothers. We got to get these guys killed.

Yeah.

But, we don't have any constitution that supports us to destroy these people.

We don't have no legal authority.

We have no legal authority over these guys.

Yeah. So, we're out of jurisdiction.

So, what should we do to

to give me permission to touch him by using the king. So, what do they do? They come together and they put together a constitution

You're worried about a witch that cannot make a decree.

You're worried about an enemy that is not anointed to make any kind of decree. They can propose curses against you.

They can declare death over you.

They can form weapons.

They can form any kind of weapon. But, that is not a decree. It's a proposal.

It's a proposal.

Somebody just type, "I am not afraid."

I am not afraid.

I can't hear you. Type, "I am not afraid."

So, these guys put together a whole proposal saying, "King, we have determined you are divine. Did you know you are God?" He's like, "Really?" Like, "Yeah, king. Who's like you? You are the greatest king on the earth. For 30 days, just in honor of who you are, for 30 days in this nation, if anybody prays to any other God but you

they should die.

They said it like an African. They should die.

They should pray to you.

Yeah.

But king you need to sign this thing.

You got to sign it.

Because if you don't sign it, it cannot be enforced. The reason why the enemy wants you

to see yourself incapable is because he wants you to concede to sign your life away.

Yeah. Yeah.

Because you have authority over your own life.

Right. That's right.

If the devil proposes you will never make it and you begin to say, "I will never make it." You just signed away your rights to make it.

Right. Right.

What else is going to happen?

Yeah.

What else is going to happen? Let me put a thought of cancer in their mind.

Everybody died of cancer, you're going to die of cancer, too. I feel like cancer is coming up. All your panics are proposals

that they know God will never sign.

Right.

But every day Christians are signing

Every day.

You're signing things away every single day. And then you're wondering how the devil got in.

Right.

Pastor A.J., I'm going to give you a word in a second. There's a painting I was looking at today. I love paintings. I love art. I love debates. That's like I love mentally stimulating things. There's a famous painting I actually posted it on my stories. You can go and look at it. It's a painting of the Lord Jesus laying on a rock in the middle of the wilderness in complete peace fasting for 40 days and 40 nights and the devil is sitting on a rock angry waiting for Jesus to give him an opening to destroy him.

The devil knows he has no jurisdiction over Jesus. But all he knows is he can propose and Jesus can sign away his life. Many of you are waiting for the Illuminati to come and give you a contract to sign your soul away. Many of you already signing your souls away by conceding to the voice of the enemy that you should never concede to. The devil says you will never make it, you believe it. Somebody says you will never make it, you believe it. Somebody says you're not good enough, you believe it. Every negative word moves you because it's so easy for you to sign your life away. But I prophesy today by reason of the blood of Jesus, may you receive your life back.

May you receive the control of your life back.

So it's an issue.

You all are not hearing me, people. It's a big time issue.

Go to chapter 8, start from verse 6. Go to chapter 8 verse 6.

Daniel 8 verse 6 And he came to the ram that had two horns, which I had seen standing before the river, and ran unto him in the fury of his power. And I saw him come close unto the ram, and he was moved with the choler against him. And smote the ram, and brake his two horns, and there was no power in the ram to stand before him. But he cast him down to the ground and stamped upon him, and there was none that could deliver the ram out of his hand. Therefore, that Therefore, the the he-goat waxed very great. And when he was strong, the great horn was broken.

And for it came upon it came up four notable ones toward the four winds of heaven. And out of one of them came forth a little horn, which waxed exceeding great toward the south and toward the east and toward the pleasant land. And it was waxed great even to the host of heaven, and it cast down some of the some of the host and of the stars to the ground and stamped upon them.

because he laid his hand upon the Jews. Write ye also for the Jews as it liketh you in the king's name and seal it with the king's ring. For the writing which is written in the king's name and sealed with the king's ring may no man reverse.

Then were the king's scribes called at the time in the third month, that is the month Sivan, on the three and twentieth day thereof, and it was written according to all that Mordecai commanded unto the Jews, and to the and to the lieutenants and the deputies and the rulers and the of the provinces which are from India unto Ethiopia,

and 127 provinces unto every province according to the writing thereof, and unto every people after their language,

and to the Jews according to their writing and according to their language. And he wrote in the king that guy's name

and sealed it with the king's ring and sent letters by post on horseback and riders on mules, camels, and young drome- dromedaries,

wherein the king granted the Jews which were in every city to gather themselves together, and to stand for their life to destroy, to slay, and to cause to perish

all the power of the people and province that would assault them, both little ones and women, and to take the spoil of them for a prey

upon one day in all provinces of king that guy, namely upon the 13th day and the 12th month, which is the month Adar.

Stop right there. What you're seeing is the king reversing a decree. Reversing a decree completely.

So, the reason why the devil has free reign over your life is there no decrees. Because when a decree goes out, nobody can violate a decree. Nobody.

Your protection is not prayer.

Your protection is a decree that you declare in prayer. Because if a decree is written, citizens don't look at the law. Even in the spirit, nobody is looking at the law. People pay attention to a law if there is a decree that has been declared. Hear I all heaven and hear all earth. Thus says the Lord. That is a decree being what? Declared.

The issue is people are operating with declarations that are not backed up with a decree.

I saw somebody say Christians cannot have a generational curse because when Jesus died, he saved us from the curse. No, you're reading the Bible wrong. Jesus saved us from the curse of the law. He didn't save you from the curse of your family.

Uh somebody didn't hear what I just said.

Have you not noticed Abraham's wife is barren, Isaac's wife is barren. Everyone in the family is just Where is this barrenness coming from? Because

there is a declaration No, because there's a decree that hasn't been declared.

Why would Abraham, a man God visits, struggle to have children until God visits him? But he was already chosen by God.

Jesus came to save you from the curse of the law. 100%. Whatever the law condemns, yes.

But you are saved from the curse of the law, but people are still manifesting demons. Why? It's because the believer has a problem understanding spiritual laws and having understanding of the spiritual. So, the believer is struggling with what no man should ever struggle with, especially if you're a citizen of a nation.

Every one of you watching, there is a decree God released over your family. The issue is you don't know it. And because you don't know it, you're guessing. You're making a lot of declarations.

I am healed, but you're still sick.

Jesus goes into a temple. He's preaching. He sees a woman with a hunchback. He stops the service, heals the woman on the Sabbath day. On the Sabbath. Heals the woman.

The Jews start shouting at him.

Jesus said, "Do you think it is right for a daughter of Abraham to be sick?" This woman never prayed for healing. Do you know what made Jesus heal her? A decree. Because of who she belonged to.

The Jews claimed they were children of Abraham's, but there was no spiritual decree that links them to Abraham. They were hypocrites.

So, Jesus said, "You're Abraham is not your father. If he was your father, you would have been glad to see my You would have been glad to see my day like he was. You're children of your father, the devil."

Yeah.

But, here's a person who is not even boasting of anything. Jesus is saying she's a daughter of Abraham. Who told him? A decree.

A decree.

And a decree says, "No descendant of Abraham should be sick. No descendant of Abraham should be poor. No descendant of Abraham should borrow. No descendant of Abraham should struggle, beg for bread." There is a decree. SO, WHEN GOD saves you, he's trying to get you to be a member of Abraham's family. Not just in the spirit, in the soul, and in the body.

So, a descendant of Abraham doesn't pray for healing because there is a decree that makes God himself have to heal you every time you're sick. You don't need to call him. He will invite himself.

So good.

Jacob is blessing his son. And it's Jacob being blessed instead of Esau. Said, "Smell the scent of my son. Is it not the scent of the field that is producing and and is declaring all these things this guy will be? That this guy has no money. He runs away from home because his brother is looking for him to kill him.

He goes

to another side of the country where his family members are. He ends up working 14 years.

First, he gets the the He gets He's given the wrong woman in the dark. Then, he fights for the other woman, but all this time, he's

multiplying with the riches like crazy.

Yeah.

Because there's a decree that says

he will multiply no matter where he is.

Yeah.

Even though there was no decree protecting him from deception of the wrong wife.

Generational curse.

That's a generational

But there was a decree covering every other area of his life.

Mhm.

Every time there was a trouble, an angel came directed him. Every time there was a problem, he was given direction. Every time there was an issue, he was given direction. This guy just kept multiplying. You could not stop him from multiplying

because there was a decree.

There was a decree. Absolutely.

Is there a decree over your life?

Yes.

That's an issue.

Hey, Pastor A.J. Sorry. Rewind and put it all in one sentence for those who are in the back. Please start over.

Yeah, you you will not know what to declare if you do not understand the decrees. And you can't put yourself in a position to make a decree to declare. Cuz people will get over spirit they'll over spiritualize themselves. And they'll start speaking into tongues where there's just no there's no evidence of what God has already has not said in that area. And so sometimes we can overstep the boundaries in which we were called to have authority in.

Apostle Age, people are always overstepping. That's just why people think Apostle is an apostle, an apostle is a prophet. Every everybody is just everything that they think they are. Keep going.

No, and it and it becomes so detrimental to the to the faith. And and when you were talking about even the protection aspect of it, I love that because I'm even thinking about Job. When the enemy comes up to God and he's like saying, "Hey, the reason why I have not attacked Job is because of the protection that you have around him." And that is there so many things in our life that we're living just because of the protection that God has around us.

And we don't even really understand like it is the mechanism of the decree that sometimes the enemy understand that you do not understand as well.

So yeah, so so it it it now now it's time for us to elevate in our understanding of what God has decreed over our life.

And it puts us in a place down where we can start emptying ourselves of what religion has taught us and start positioning ourselves to what God has already decreed over our lives. Now my prayers come from declarations

instead of aspirations or inspirations.

Then he wrote in our in our in our language he says look at the picture I just sent you. Everything you said just happened. May God continue to use you mightily to help his people in Jesus' name. We love you, papa. We We thank you for the whole family. What he sends me is the daughter who had been married for years couldn't get pregnant. After I told her when they told them the timeline the baby they they sent ultrasound pictures.

Now, many won't understand. The distinction in the kingdom is this.

Is you look for people who preach powerfully. And that's a mistake. Absolutely. Because how do we measure a powerful preaching? I want you to think about this for a second. We cannot say powerful according to our understanding. Our powerful has to match God's description. And God's recipe of what determines what is great and powerful.

It has to align, or else it's not.

Today's powerful preaching is what you agree with.

And what you can stand behind.

But God's version of a good preaching is a word that confronts you, challenges you, exposes you, then delivers you, and reestablishes you, not just in word, but in power.

Because it shows you everything you do in your own strength means absolutely nothing. You see, the reason why people are so caught up is you need to stop doing this, you need to stop doing that. Here's the reality. If what we do determine salvation, then Jesus doesn't need to die.

You just need to read the word. It is true, you need to read the word. You don't just need to read the word. You need to read the word, and you need to hear the voice of God. Why? The Bible has general decrees, but there is a personal decree that you will only hear if you walk with God.

I can't open the Bible to know if I am a prophet. God has to tell me that.

I can't open the Bible and I am a pastor.

Mhm.

God has to tell me that.

So true.

Mhm.

The prophetic realm the prophetic realm There are prophets that just declare.

Yeah.

And there are prophets that make decrees.

Mhm.

Prophetic voices declare.

Mhm.

And anybody can be a prophetic voice.

Mhm.

But prophets

Yeah.

write decrees. Why? Because a prophet has been established by God.

That's it. That's it.

As a representative of God's own mouth.

What would God say?

Right.

Not just somebody who's speaking God's mind

Mhm.

but somebody who can speak on behalf of God.

Right.

And so shall it be.

Yeah.

Joseph reveals the mystery that is about to happen to Egypt.

After the grand revelation, what does he do? The king says, "Who's better to do this except the one who has spoken?"

Mhm.

The king makes a decree.

Mhm.

He says, "The difference between me

Mhm.

and Joseph is the throne."

Mhm.

Between you and God

throne.

if you are anointed to make decrees, it's the throne.

People may even think you have become God, but you're not God.

Yeah.

Because only one sits on the throne.

And you're functioning by that authority.

Yeah.

But when people looked at Moses, do you know Moses

Mhm. the devil was looking for his body so he can receive an impartation. Just

What was the point of stealing Moses' body? He wanted something He There There has to be something.

Elisha dies. His bones are in the grave. They The enemy's coming. These guys were doing a funeral. They tossed the body to run for their life. The body touches the bones of Elisha. The guy comes back to life. Huh?

Yeah.

So, even in his death, the bones are still decreeing.

That's so good.

So, many people think power

POW! THEY SAY, "WOW, LOOK HOW DEEP HE IS PROPHETICALLY."

YEAH.

Then you look at the time. Why isn't the thing happening?

Mhm. Nothing's happening.

Nothing is happening.

Because the speaker

may be anointed, but is not anointed for decrees.

Yeah, yeah. Hasn't been established.

Has not been established.

They may declare

what has been decreed, but they have no power to decree.

Yeah, yeah.

So, they may say, "Ah, something something is going to happen."

Yeah.

And it is true [clears throat] because it's already a decree in the spirit.

Yeah, yeah.

So, people say, "Wow, he's a great prophet." Then you tell them I have a problem. Could you say a word? Nothing they say happens. Yeah.

Yeah. See Esther went into the king's palace. She should have died according to the law. A woman can't just get in there. But the king got up lifted up his scepter. Why did he do that? He changed the decree for her sake. She's not going to die. Then he leaves and says wife, what do you want? I just want you to come for dinner. That's it? Not half of the you risked your life just half of the kingdom nothing. No, I just need you to come home tonight. Okay. Okay. I'll see you there. The whole nobody could argue with the king. Don't you know the law? You see the difference between a president is a president has to find a loophole within the law.

The difference with the king is he's making laws as he wants to. As he wants to. Yeah. Yeah.

Pastor AJ, I don't know if you have some final words.

No, I I mean that's that's so powerful and I think even I believe you said this yesterday as well how when God was speaking to Moses and how what Aaron was going to be to Moses Moses was going to be like the God

and Aaron was going to be like the prophet and it was going to be what and Aaron could prophesy only at the capacity that Moses would deliver him the word. And that is so true especially when it comes to people and understanding their positioning in the faith. If if you a prophet and you have not been established like

you you have to find someone that has been established or your words will just fall to the floor every single time.

Every single time.

Every time and you and you will have to look for something uh validates you but the only thing that can validate you is the thing that has been established. And and and we are getting away from that. As a body of Christ, we're getting away from that. So good. But one of the things that I do love and I want to go back to one of the scriptures that Aaron I mean uh Andrew read

is um I believe it was in Esther

where the word of God says that once a kingdom makes makes a decree, it cannot be reversed.

It cannot.

So what God has established in you, no man, no devil, nothing that nothing that you've done can reverse actually decrees of God. And so

that's that's so comforting.

Amen.

To know that God can establish you.

And nothing else can destroy you.

And and and and and and this is the issue. So now you're receiving this simple message, you need to ask yourself something because we're going to be finished now. We're going to be done. We'll let you guys see more with this.

The question is this.

Are you operating from a decree?

Yeah.

Or are you operating from a declaration that is not backed up with a decree?

Yeah.

The reason why the Jews kept saying, "God of our fathers." Who said? They knew what God said to their fathers because that was the decree that was supposed to govern them. Not the law, but the decree.

Yeah.

How many of you can genuinely sit down

Mhm.

and say, "I know the decree

Yeah.

of God concerning my family.

Mhm.

I know what heaven has said concerning me.

Mhm.

That will I pursue. How many of us can do that? Not many. That's a problem.
