like this is the biggest mistake that most Believers have they don't understand that to be moral is good yeah but to be moral doesn't mean you're close to God to be moral doesn't mean you hear from God to be moral doesn't even mean you're going to heaven M no this is the truth because morality has nothing to do with spirituality in fact morality displays good character but good character anything that is outward God does not care for it true you have to remember anything that you and me deem to be the right thing to do yeah okay it's cool it is okay it is perfect but in actuality God doesn't care for it because everything that we do is like filthy rags right you think about it your righteousness is like filthy rags meaning that anything that I do that looks good anything that I do that is perfect anything that I do that is is of good report anything like that is filthy rags it will never qualify me before God it will never it doesn't matter how charitable I am it doesn't matter how loving I am it doesn't matter how giving I am it doesn't matter how honest I am none of these things get me close to God none of these things take me to heaven so now the question is why is it that the church Praises morality spirituality because the church it backwards whereby if you become a good then closer to God but yet the Bible puts it back so he says he that is forgiven much loves much am so you don't become close to God by doing good amen because anything that is of good from you is filthy rags so what gets you close to God is the fact that you have seen God's goodness that can forgive you forgive you of everything that you have done by God forgiving you then your realization of his love makes you surrender to his righteousness and not to your own amen so now the question is why is it that the church Praises morality now remember anyone that is watching me that is a baby in spirit will think I am telling you not to be moral no I am telling you being moral is good having Good Conduct is good in fact the Bible encourages it but the Bible does not say it is your ticket to heaven true because if doing good is your way to heav then it means Buddhists are going to heav Muslims are going to heav it means everybody's going to heaven then it means that Jesus is not the way I don't know if this is making sense perfect sense it means that the Lord is not the way so if the Lord is not if goodness or our morality is what takes us to heaven then Jesus died for nothing then the point of Jesus is out of the window yeah there is no point for it so now it puts a very strange twist to everything we have been taught because now you're realizing that you have to undo your mind you have to reset your thoughts in order for you to benefit from everything that God wants you to have you have to completely reset your mind because now you're realizing nothing of yourself brings you close to God remember the way you overcome the flesh is not by perfecting the flesh because the flesh can never be perfected yeah ah somebody didn't hear that somebody type the flesh cannot be perfected right somebody type the flesh cannot be perfected why can't the flesh be perfected it's very simple the remedy for your soul is the word of God yeah because the soul needs to be renewed so your soul is converted and transformed by the reading of the word the word have to come back to die now you didn't hear me every flesh has to go through the grave why because its renewal is by dying it's it's renewal is not by praying for it it doesn't matter how you clothe make the outward man look good the more I'm destroying myself I am actually separating myself from God I don't know if this is making sense so now the question is let us look at morality for a second if this is what you wanted you should have asked but God goes farther and says listen I'm not going to keep the kid the child will die because you have given the enemies of God something to say so I'm going to take the child but God never told him to divorce the woman so him repenting did not change the fact that he killed his friend yeah right yeah now remember the same woman is the mother of to people or am I making right to God good because people don't matter in this equation when I'm judged before God people don't matter God won't judge me about how I made people feel yeah okay are you getting what I'm saying because remember the people who expose people they don't expose them un repentance they expose them unto repentance to men to justify that they were right yeah are you getting what I'm saying because the Bible says it like this if your brother is going the wrong way go and speak to him yeah if he doesn't listen bring a witness MH if he doesn't listen let's treat him like an unbeliever notice because the goal is their Redemption yeah yeah exposure is not unto Redemption an example is most of these guys what do they say love is a wizard that one is not even a Christian the guys who actually come after me they don't even want me to repent they actually want me to go to hell let's assume I was really a wizard will it not be a great advantage to the kingdom if I actually I appear how will people take me because the reality is their measurement of your spiritual work is by how you behave in public even though behaving properly in public is commended yeah but to God it right yeah he looks like a rapper so so what do you look like you look like a regular person what is the point notice everything every metric the believer is use is according to the flesh it has nothing to do with the spirit yet our measurement should be based on spirituality because he that is forgiven much loves much so my love for God should be rooted in how much God has had compassion on my flesh yeah and still brought me to himself not how moral I am because the more moral I am I'll will be filled with myself M my D said done and the point is not to be filled with myself the point is to be filled with God this is why you find these fools that love to say build a relationship with God miss it because they think you can build something with God they think you can stand before God and say I did this and you did your part yet it doesn't exist Jesus did everything what are you doing our job is to surrender if there there is no surrender there is no Redemption amen you shall know them by your fruit by their fruits this is the most butchered scripture in the church because they think it is saying you shall know them by their appearance how do you judge a fruit by its taste you don't judge a fruit by how it looks anyone who knows anything about fruits you know that you don't judge a fruit by how it looks on a tree you judge it by its taste is it a sweet mango is it a bitter mango or is it a rotten mangle at least what is rotten you can see but good fruits you only know it by what how it tastes what is the experience of partaking of it that is the genuine experience of partaking of a fruit right so if the kingdom of God is like a tree where people come and find Refuge like birds have Refuge at a tree they partake of the fruits it means that what you produce must be able to sustain people if it has no ability to sustain people then it's not a good fruit amen I wish somebody will get that so he says you shall know them by their fruits is that what you are producing is it lifegiving or not and how do we know it's lifegiving it brings people to repentance it brings people to their realization of their need for Christ yeah so as good as morality is spirituality is better everyone says Samson was a fornicator Samson was morally bankrupt W but spiritually Rich amen amen it's very difficult for people to reconcile the fact that I can be weak in the flesh but still be a friend of god wow oh you didn't hear what I'm saying that's good I can be weak in the flesh and still be close to God MH and you can be well behaved you have self-discipline and you're far from him completely distant completely distant because you have made your morality God and I have made my surrender unto God completely to different things so spiritual growth should be the metric wow even though spiritual growth reforms the soul reforms the body it makes you not interested in what you used to be interested in the problem is how are you producing spiritual substance to benefit others around you so if your morality does not produce anything spiritual then your morality is useless true that's true you see when they looked at Jesus they said this guy can't be spiritual because he's a friend of the publicans he's a friend of the drunkards he's a friend of the of the you can you can give a room no go go ahead please go ahead thank you you know he's a friend of these kinds of people he's a friend of that kind of people this is what he does this is how he notice all those things were what they used to say that he was false and their high priest never did that make the deaf here you see we have lifted morality so high so high to the point that they are telling you you don't need miracles H oh y you know even false prophets will perform Miracles so now the so is morality of of Faith morality doesn't require faith it requires performance yeah it requires performance not Faith so if you think my behavior has made me accepted that is not Faith you see people will throw faith without works is De they don't know what it means the Bible says we need to do works of Faith what is works of Faith complete Reliance on what Christ has done because faith is based on truth and when you receive the truth you completely take hold of it now you're acting on faith amen you see the reason why people don't even know how to act on faith is because of morality then you say I took a lip of Faith No there is no way in the Bible that says take a lip of Faith doesn't exist so all this is simply because we have no understanding of spirituality I want you to read Romans listen to this Romans 2:14 Romans 21:14 listen to this for when the Gentiles which have not the law do by Nature the things contained in the law these having not the law are a law unto themselves notice they have a law unto thems because they have morality you know there's a moral law that everybody has okay keep keep going verse 15 willo the work of the law written in their hearts require of us God requires that we we have a transformation amen and that transformation is I cannot do it by myself yeah I have been deceiving myself I've been gratifying the flesh because you have to remember this is the tricky part about the flesh let me give you an example how many of you and I want you to comment this how many of you right now that are watching you said at some point Lord I will never do it again if you got me out of it and a few days later you did it again Lord I will will never touch this again after a few months you touched it and you touched it worse the question is why didn't God spit you why didn't he spit you out he left you for a second to show you that your flesh cannot do what you think you're doing if anyone was to make it to Heaven by what we do no one would make it to Heaven no one would be justified no one will be great no one will be elevated this is why many of them don't understand me ah why does he have all these tattoos why is he wearing all these things why not yeah am I going to heaven because of tattoos and the Bible says if we are justified by the law then Christ died for no reason yeah so my tattoos should not have the power to take me to hell if my tattoos can take me away from God then God is Not powerful then the cross is pointless pointless am I saying go get tattoos no and getting tattoos is not a sin either no but where is your faith on what you can produce or what God can do it's really that simple so now you need to ask yourself have I totally surrendered to the supremacy of the Lord Jesus to the finished work of the Cross or am I trying to justify my flesh what am I trying to do what it what is the goal really what is the point what am I really trying to do if I try to be holy I know for sure I will never be holy because Holiness comes through Jesus it doesn't come through you nobody is Holy let him that has said that he has not sinned is a liar anyone that claims that they have never Sinn is a liar so if you claim that you have never sinned you are a liar so can you be holy yeah they say no the Bible say I am Holy so be you holy notice be free be holy it's a declaration a command it's a command you are being transformed you are a holy nation a royal priesthood yet Israel sinned over and over and over in fact Jesus comes from a people who nothing good can come from on purpose on purpose the house of Judah is the worst Judah is a is the worst the house of Judah is the worst house it was the house that engaged in the most promiscuous acts Judah was the one that was sleeping with people yeah Judah somebody they greet you you know kich they are bowing they are so humble but they're not going to heaven if Jesus is not in the picture so what is all this for nothing it's good I love coming to Japan I love the sushi it doesn't mean you're going to heaven they honor Elders they live long it doesn't mean they're going to heaven which would you rather be I rather be in the position of Mercy I rather be in the position of depending on the Lord Jesus I rather be in the position that Jesus is my righteousness because I can't be righteous I break laws all the time my thinking goes astray my words go astray my feelings go astray if my salvation is dependent on me I'm definitely going to hell so I rather Jesus Be My Savior and if you need a savior it means you have no strength amen he is your strength amen that is the point of having a savior how can I say I need a savior but then I'm saving myself do you see how backward we are because we don't think so I pray for you in the name of Jesus that the Lord will bring you to a place of surrender I pray for you in the name of the Lord Jesus that the Lord will bring you to a place of true repentance and true repentance comes from a place of humility understanding without Jesus I can do nothing father we are full of weaknesses and that is why we thank you that you sent your son to save us you did not give us power to save ourselves the Bible does not say you help those who helps you help those who are weak you become their strength when Apostle Paul had his weakest moment you said my grace is sufficient so father we thank you for Grace we thank you for Mercy we thank you that it is by your word and by your command that we are Justified restored so father we look to you we pray that your word will truly change our minds that we
