need is the word no Jesus said you need power we do need the word but if the word indeed is coming from God then it will come with what power you must have power you must have the power of the Holy deciding what to give you for a specific thing your physical gift is called Talent your spiritual ability is called gift you don't gain skill to have a talent a talent is skill that is already in you ability that is in you all you do is perfect it you can do what others can do like some people are born Athletics some people are born amazing singers people uh people have different abilities right but the holy spirit gives you a gift and that gift is a sign that he is in your life but when when you read Corinthians 14 1 Corinthians 14 you hear Paul saying do not be ignorant of spiritual gifts but above all desire the best gift and as far as Paul who is concerned he's saying prophecy is the best gift Paul is saying above all desire that you may prophesy remember Paul is not a prophet but he can prophesy and say desire that you may what prophesy he didn't say desire the gift of Prophecy he said desire that you may prophesy the gift you see when we speak about the prophetic the prophetic is not saying your name is this you come from this that is part of it that is the revelatory part of the prophetic but the prophetic has wisdom Word of Wisdom word of knowledge word of word of uh exaltation it has it has all these different compartments put inside of it so when Paul is saying that you may prophesy is not saying that you just do utterance the real of utterance of Prophecy he's saying that you may have the full package of it why he didn't say desire that you have Word of Wisdom he didn't say desire you have word of knowledge he didn't say desire that you see in the spirit he said desire that you may prophesy if you go to the Book of Revelations you understand why Paul is telling you that you may prophesy he says the spirit of Prophecy is the testimony of Jesus he didn't say prophecy is Jesus it says the spirit of Prophecy you see there is the gift of Prophecy and there is the spirit of Prophecy whoever possesses the spirit of Prophecy has conformed to the image of Christ Jesus for you to heal people you have to say be healed that is prophecy you know that because if you have the gift of healing you have to pray for healing father I pray heal this woman of her
