Why are you living like somebody who is not sealed by a covenant? Some of you, your seal of your walk with God is your prayer. Yet that is not the covenant. Why is God listening to you?

Do you know why God even spoke to Moses?

There was a man called Jethro who had a covenant with God that was a priest unto God on a certain mountain. He was the one maintaining his walk

with God. He was giving God access and to a mountain because he was a minister of God. But Jethro may have had a family covenant with God, but he had no international or national covenant with God. And he only had daughters because God wanted a son to come from him that will carry that covenant. So God gave him a son in the form of a son-in-law who came into his house.

Moses was great because somebody brought him into his covenant. Do you know? Do you know when God is saying Moses is my friend?

Do you know that is not because of Moses?

Do you know what Jethro's name? What God named him? God called him Raul. Do you know what that means?

Friend of God. So Moses is this guy's son.

And he meets God through that man. What will he become? Friend of God. Because the relationship of the man who brought him to God is contin

so good. Come on. That is why he had a covenant

with Jethro

through his wife,

through marriage, through the children.

That even when God was speaking to Moses, Moses went back to his tent. The Bible says God sought to kill him. His wife circumcised the son and threw the foreskin at Moses's feet. And the Lord departed said, "Okay, Moses, I'm not going to take you out." God almost took Moses out who he just came from speak Moses is with God. God says, "I want to do this. I'm going to do this. I will use you to do this." Moses leaves God's presence. God is saying, "I'm going to kill this guy."

And Moses doesn't know that God is targeting to kill him. Why? He had forsaken the covenant of his forefathers. He didn't know it. that the part of that covenant is if you have any male child circumcise them,

circumcise them or else

I'm coming for you. You are violating a contract. You are keeping me from going into the family. So his wife who didn't not his wife who didn't even come from the house of Israel who had no son knew by the spirit of God what she needed to do by divine what inspiration because his father wasn't an Israeli. So he probably didn't have his foreskin cut off because he didn't come from Abraham. This was an African man.

By the way for those who didn't know an African restored God to Israel. Amen. Come on.

What I'm trying to explain to you is that without the activation of your covenant in God, you are in trouble. Even Jesus spoke to the children of Israel and said, "Don't you know you are the salt of the earth?" People just think that Jesus is preaching about salt. No, he's not. This is the lack of knowing scripture.

David had a covenant with God based on salt. God told him, "As the salt does not lose its flavor, as the Dead Sea is salty and it does not lose its flavor, so shall you be." and your descendants to me.

So when Jesus is saying you're the salt of the earth, he's reminding them of a David covenant that God had with David.

That is why when you say son of David, he has to stop because there is a covenant of preservation that Jesus came to keep. Amen.
