I've been working out with coach for about 3 years now right I think 3 years and he's got me in phenomenal shape every time. So usually my schedule is moa in the morning and then um in the afternoon early afternoon I work out with culture a little lifting. You have to keep your body strong in order to serve God. You know if your body is weak you can't really serve God the way you need to. So making sure your body is in motion you're healthy. Most believers and especially men of God are not healthy. You know you have to be healthy. Your body must be useful for God's uh glory and his work.

I had to do a whole teaching for for powers shot which was incredible for about 30 minutes then met with a few people at the end and now we're heading home and I'm here having a yogurt and um it's 1:28 now and by the time I get to to the house it's going to be another 30 35 5 minutes. So, it'll be 2:00 a.m. And then, guess what time I have to be up by 6:00. And getting at 2:00 a.m. at home doesn't mean I sleep at 2:00 a.m. May take me another hour or so to sleep.
