My first mentor told me this. He said to me, "Success and and and this is prophet angel telling me. He's teaching me this. Success is not created. It is replicated." I'll say that one more time. Success is not created. Success is simply replicated. God did not want us to be people who consistently create.

Our creation has to be able to sustain itself by creating things that are likened unto what you have created. So like a tree, a mango tree will continue to produce mangoes. um a banana tree will continue to produce bananas. That's the ability to replicate exactly what has happened. The seed replicates the same thing. You want to be a pastor, you want to be a businesswoman, you want to be financially set.

If you don't replicate the behaviors and the character of those who have succeeded, you will never be successful. Because success is not about working hard.

It's about working the right way. You become wealthy. It's not just about hard work. You see, the reason why successful people look like they work hard is because they are obsessed about what they're doing. They are all in.

When you're all in on something, like an example is um Freddy Roach's uh um is it no Teddy Atlas said this? He was Teddy Atlas, a boxing coach. He said this. His mentor told him they are no dummies in boxing or in life. They are just uninterested people. So if I'm not interested in something, I won't give 100%. I won't be obsessed. I won't be swallowed up into the whole thing.

But if it's my thing, my interest will be so strong will be off the charts. So you have to match those things up. So if I want to be successful

because there are talents God has given us, right? Like an example, I have many gifts. I have music, I have business, I am I'm a I'm a solid leader. I really am. I can say that about myself because this shows it, right?

And if I can have people like JT following me who is a successful businessman on his own, but he trusts me to be a lead, that tells you something about me because he's built businesses before I built any business. He sold businesses before I sold any business. He's run a bunch of things. So for me to even say, JT, I need you to come and run this organization and you'll be in charge of millions of dollars. He's literally scaled everything. Come on, dog. Hey, shout out to you, my guy. Come on, dog.

Pleasure,

you know, but if he can follow me and he knows how to do it, it means that there's something I have done right. So I know I'm a solid leader and I've made people successful. But here's the thing that I always have trouble with when I have young people who want to succeed is they don't understand success is replicated.

Even fashion, the creators of fashion are those who started it. But the reality is fashion is just recycling. It's the same thing. Maybe once leave different this, you know what I mean? Like uh my my wife is going to fashion week this weekend. I am not I'm not going because I have to do church stuff. So, I turned it down.

But being around that, seeing clothes being made, I'm like, bro, this is just the same thing with a different tag with a and this is high-end stuff. Now, the craftsmanship is crazy, but still the same thing. The average man can't tell a difference. Do you know how many times they've reshaped and gone back to the same car shapes that we see? There's no new car shape. It's just presented differently because success is just replicated. Right now, we've I've seen like five different car companies passing by, right? Toyota, I've seen Mercedes, I'm seeing Hyundai, all these cars, right?

They have one thing in common. They all have engines and they all drive. Success is replicated. Everything else is just toppings to make it look different.

You get what I'm saying? So, if you're going to succeed, you can't hang out, I'm sorry to use this, but you can't hang out with people who have no vision,

who will not help you replicate, but they will make you deconstruct.

There are people you hang out with, they make you deconstruct. They'll make you spend money foolishly.

They will make you spend money foolishly. they will save money. They don't invest and you think man it's safer for me to you see all the bad habits are learned because you don't have somebody you can look at and replicate it. People are not unintelligent. They just don't know how to replicate. Do you know how much information is online? Most of the people selling courses actually don't have any kind of success. Their success is selling you a course. That is the difference between buying a course and having a mentor

because a mentor is on the field.

There's a young pastor came to me like, "Yeah, prophet, you know, I feel like God is calling me to preach." I said, "Well, what what is your plan to preach? How are you going to go after ministry?" "Well, you know, I'm going to go to Bible school." I told him, "Tell me one Bible school lecturer that is a successful minister."

There's none. Successful ministers built schools. Mhm.

But they didn't start in school.

They old Christian min like the big like people like Kenneth Hagen and who uh started Rama Bible School and all that. The Kenneth Hagens were active on the field used by God. So their schools were more spiritual. Now maybe they are diluted. I don't know as much. But the reality is how can you want to be a prophet and go to school? You need a prophet. Elisha replicated Elijah. Joshua replicated Moses. The 12 replicated Jesus. Jesus is telling you to become like him. What is that replication?

We are conforming to his form. We are being changed to be like him, not to be something new, something like him. To those he forneew, he also what? Predestinated to be conformed to the image of his son. We are all everything in life is about replication. So when you have the ability to replicate, you stand out. Michael Jackson rehearsed 8 hours, 12 hours.

You want to be the greatest artist, you rehearsse 30 minutes. You'll never be great.

Same with Kobe.

Yeah, Kobe was wild. He trained like five times a day. By the time he said after a few months you start seeing a gap between you and the other guys and after a while it just gets wider. He realized he picked it up and do you know how he started that? He asked Michael bro how do you rehearse? It's like bro I just rehearse until I can't rehearse no more. My feet hurt then I know I'm done.

So the thing is like how bad do you want to be successful? Because if you want to be successful, you I there's few people I have seen like you know like think about it today right I'm preaching today

I'm preaching tomorrow I'm preaching the day after I'm preaching the day after and then getting on a plane landing and preaching coming back and then again preaching it's just like how are you doing all this but I do this all the time do you know why I am so driven that I don't even see it like work. I actually look forward to how it will be like. Why? Because I've been putting my reps in. So, I know when the time comes, I'm ready to go. But I've seen pastors who they will do one conference, they're already on vacation. You don't even have money. How did you end up on vacation?

Do you know like I actually hate vacations because I think they are waste of time. Now, vacations are necessary, but I feel like vacations are waste of time because I feel like I have so much to do.

It's like momentum. Yeah. It's just like my momentum has completely stalled. Like if there was no prochella or whatever, my wife would have got me on the plane. I refused. But when I come back, remember I'm still a dad. I still have a young one. So I have to be dad. I have to be brother. I have to be all these things. So it's never my life is so busy. But if being busy is only exciting to you, not because you're willing to to to win and you know that the journey is is 100% about replication, you lose. Like an example, if if I was wanting to get into film, just shooting, I would follow Jeremy because I like his style. Okay, Elteza is amazing, but I like Jeremy's style. It's very cinematic, right? He has like a vintage kind of thing and then it's modern, but it's just Jeremy just has a different vibe.

Um, there are other people who are also amazing. But do you know what I would do? Do you know why I would follow him? I would make sure my frames, my look, looks exactly like him and then I start to divert. My own flavor still starts to come in, but everything I do is going to look like him.

Then you'll be like, man, were you mentored by Jeremy? Yeah, I can see that Jeremy thing, but he's still like you because our personality is what makes things look unique

because he will show up in our art. He will show up in everything. But in actuality, you can only replicate.

You there's nothing new under the sun.

There's no new stories ever. So every that's talked about in film all the time. There's no new stories. Everybody's just making the same story.

It's the same story, but how you going to tell it is the different.

That's the difference. How you tell the story tells if it's new or not. So the reality is the reality is don't be too busy not replicating.

You're wasting your own time. You're going to sit down and say like, "Man, I put in 50 years and I have nothing to show for it." Yeah. Because you are doing you.

Because one of the ways to be replicating is you have to lose you.

You have to morph into something else. And that means you die. Your way of doing things die. If you knew me before I started preaching and who I am now, I'm completely two different people.

I'm not the same person. I can't be because that person couldn't handle what is happening now.

The journey of replication is what got me here. Do you realize I still wear Angelo Galasso to this day? Once in a while I wear a Galasso shirt. Like tonight I'm going to wear a Galasso shirt. Not because I actually am in love with Galasso. When I put it on, I look like my mentor and I remember what he can do and I know I can do it. It's a uniform to me.

When you see me wearing that ego belt, I am replicating something I saw when this guy was preaching. He dressed like this. He dressed that's what I'm going to do. That's how I'm going to look. Why am I doing that? Because mentally I want to invoke that picture. Because so when I walk and I do things, I do exactly like that. When I train and I throw punches and stuff, I even hold one of my coaches uh uh his name, we call him Stash. His name is Georgie. [clears throat] Georgie was a pro fighter, now he's a coach. And Georgie one time, he was holding mess for me. He was like, "Loy, you know, you punch, you throw your right hand just like John. You move like John. You do all those things." Like, why? Because to me, if I'm going to fight,

this is the fighter I know. And this is the greatest f fighter of all time. who else is better to replicate? I have my own way of doing things, but let me adapt his thing and then find a way for my myself will always come across. But he was like, you throw the kicks just like him. You block just yo, you are so jol. I never like holding mids for you is just like I don't even throw combos like everybody else. I do it on the mids, but when I'm sparring, I'm tactical. I'll throw an oblique kick to a to a jab to a right hand to the It's just like it's not like, hey, it's not like that. is different. Why? Because I have replicated him in my mind.

Do you think people are too focused on being original instead of

There's no such thing. Originality is your personality. Let me tell you this, right? Think about it like this, Paige.

You are the only one in the history of humanity that has your fingerprints.

That means even if I replicate you and I do the same thing, it will still not look like you.

But you will have all the ingredients to be successful. Yeah,

but it will appear like me because I am not you. I can't be you.

But the formula has no personality. The formula is just the formula. We all go to the bank. We all go to the supermarket. We all go in there. We all go to this place. We all save money. We all invest money. We do these things. But the successful people invest differently. They buy differently. So for me to be successful, it's not about going to the bank. Is am I investing properly? because my investment is not a personality.

It's a skill you acquire overtime on how to do things. So the issue is yeah, you know, I'm just unique. Duh.

Even twins born from the same womb and they identical and I know I know a few identical twins. Their fingerprints are still different. And if you investigate their personalities are similar, but they're not the same person. So, and they probably died different times. And even if you die at the same time, you're all still different. So, the key is the capacity to replicate.

Look at some like my old friend. He replicated me. What happened? He was very successful.

He he actually had some a few millions. Now, he has nothing to show for it. Not because he's he's not smart. He forgot replication.

The difference between you winning right now and why you're not winning is just replication.

So identifying the path in which you are.

Yes. And run. Don't walk. Run.

You got to run. You see, I have never run a church before.

I've never I've never been a church ever before. I came from music,

you know. I came from music. That's all I know. Then when I got into church circles, what did I start doing? I obsessed over prophet TB Joshua and how he ran his ministry because he was very likened to me.

So I took things from there. I took things from Prophet Angel. I took things from Prophet Makandu. I took things from Prophet Pastor. I took things from everybody that I saw that could fit into what I need for what God needs me to do. And then I merged it together. But if you look at my ministry, it's more TB Joshua like than anybody else.

That's right.

It's more swaggy like Emiritis. But there are things in there, but my teaching is unique. Even though you could tell that he sounds but he doesn't.

You know, the thing is if you don't replicate, you're cooked.

That's why you find people are running on when when crypto was a big thing, everybody ran to crypto. When this was a big thing, people ran to it. But the people who by the time they are selling and dumping the guys who already started the thing already finished.

Yeah.

That's why you replicate because when you replicate, you adapt the mindset.

You don't just adapt how it is done. You understand why they think the way they think. Like Charles asked me a very intelligent question today and I was shocked how he asked me. He was just like, "Okay, break down to me how you prophesy. How do you see it? How does it start?" That is somebody who wants to replicate. Mhm.

Not how not how do I see you're not ready to replicate because if I tell you to replicate you won't understand it.

Honor we were doing something in the class and honor said you know pups to be honest with you this is how I get to this point. I just believe I am new and then I think I feel like you and then I find myself able to do it. Duh.

Let this mind be in you that was in Christ Jesus. Even Jesus replicated the mind of his father.

If you don't replicate, you're cooked.

People are poor. People are suffering not because they're not brilliant. They have just not been taught success is not created. It is replicated.

It's a replication.

Replication. Nothing new under the sun.

Nothing new. I'll say it. I'll repeat.

Nothing new. I'll say it one more time for the in the back. Nothing new.

Under the sun. Nothing.

Nothing new. Your next level is always with somebody because you have to replicate.

Tell me one. Do you know why Mark Zuckerberg is successful? Do you know who his mentor is? Do you know who his mentor was? Bill Gates was his was his mentor. He was mentored by Gates. Gates. How did he get to Gates before even he replicated every freaking thing? And then who else helped him? Even Steve Jobs helped him helped him. He went to all the guys before they he knew these guys have the formula and the pattern and he replicated it. Do you know who replicated everybody and still carries his own Elon? There are people who just have a brilliant mind. He came from eBay. How did he scale up to be the wealthiest person he replicated?

Uh uh Mr. wonderful was talking about working with Steve Jobs and he called Steve Jobs and Jobs was like, "Yo,

why the f are you not listening to me?"

Early in the morning.

Yeah. Is that early in the morning? He's like, "Yo, have I made us money?" "Yes, you have. Then do what I'm telling you." All right, boss. I'm going to do it. These guys are wealthy. And there's somebody bullying them saying, "Bro, I've made you money. Listen to what I'm saying. You're going the wrong way. Do it this way." And there's, "Bro, we we made it. I told you

you cannot become a leader without being led.

And to be led is not you you not being better than somebody.

Is you submitting yourself to somebody?

Bro, I can talk about submission until tomorrow. Are there some guests downstairs? You want to bring them up, Charlie?

Yeah. Husband and wife.

I Yes.

Did you bring it to here?

I forgot it. That's why I was in the middle of the road. But you know what? Um Why do people submit themselves? Christians submit. They believers submit themselves before the wrong reason. Let me explain to it right. Uncle JT comes come sit here. I need you here. I need I need eye contact for this one because it's going to make sense in a second.

Devin, what's your problem?

I'm waiting for the the meat. Yo, but but here we go.

Yeah.

Why do Christians submit the wrong way?

You see, submission was not meant for people who have no mission.

It was not meant for people who have zero mission

because there are people who don't know what they are doing in life.

In the first one of the first chapters of my book, the posture, I spoke about people wasting mentors time because submission has nothing to do with you not being up to something. Submission is understanding God has called me to be up there. I know the beginning and I know the end. I am here. He wants me to be there.

I have all the skills. I have the whole package to be there. In fact, people around me, I am better than them, but I still can't get there. I need somebody that is up there that usually comes up and down. And that is somebody I need to submit to, not because I am less talented, but because they know the way.

So when people who don't know who they are and they have no mission, they find somebody who is successful, they want to submit themselves. I was driving in my Lamborghini. Actually, my brother Charles was driving the Lambo and I was on the passenger side. When I'm with him, he's always driving. So, we pull up to the gas station and a Caucasian woman just came to me immediately. Do you remember that? That was what she just came. She was like, "Oh my god, I've been looking for a mentor. Would you mentor me?" I was like, "Woman, you don't even know what I do."

Mentor you in what?

Yeah. I just I've been looking for a mentor. Oh my god. Like what do you do? Like I've been looking for a mentor. It's like wrong conversation. Any serious mentor will never take on somebody like that.

Why? They have no mission. They just want a nice car.

You afford a car that is almost a million dollars.

That means you have money. I just want to have money. If you just want to have money,

you can't have a mentor

because mentors support missions and missions produce money.

That's good.

Mentors don't lead you to money. They lead you to your mission that will produce. So if you have no trade that you are skilled at, you're not ready to have a mentor. Elisha was not found hanging out.

Do you know what Elisha was doing? Elisha was a farmer.

He was a successful farmer. When when Elijah came to him and said because God did not say he is not a prophet, he said anoint him because he will continue after you. That means Elisha was already a prophet but he was not in the fold of the sons of the prophets. That means he was a prophet by calling but he never had a mentor to build him up to become anything. So God loved Elisha because he was not corrupted like the sons of the prophets.

Because the sons of the prophets looked at Elijah as a father.

But they also say but we are also prophets.

God can also speak by us.

We are also prophets. So they did not value

Elijah's dimension

to be taken by the wind of the spirit to be taken into heaven. The Tishbite was crazy.

But because their fathers were also prophets, they thought their father were like Elijah because we are also sons of the prophets. Meaning it is in my blood. I am talented. That's why talented people don't make it because they don't know when to break off from their family and they don't know when to pause their gift

in order for them to increase or to receive skill.

Because a gift is just an ability, but skill is mastery. So what did Elisha do? Elijah leaves. Elisha goes takes care of his affairs, maybe sold his lands or left somebody in charge and followed Elijah. Elijah said, "Yo, get away from me, bro. What do you want?" He did not only call Elijah my mentor. He called him my father, my Lord, my master.

Elisha who had more money than Elijah. Elijah had no money. Elijah was just like John the Baptist. In fact, the same exact thing. A man who had a trait, who potentially maybe had a family. We don't know that because the scriptures don't say it.

The Bible says that he used to wash Elijah's hands. Now, if you read it in its original rendering, it actually says that when Elijah used the bathroom, Elisha was having water to wash his hands after he peed.

That's how low Elisha made himself.

And the sons of the prophet came to Elisha and said, "Do you know that your master is about to be taken up?" They had the revelation from God. Elijah never told them, but they had the revelation from God that he was going to be taken. And he told them, "I know." But he never said anything to Elijah.

Whenever Elijah wanted to dodge him, he just stuck to him. The number one key of mentorship is not only are you supposed to be submitted, but you have to become a servant.

Most spiritual sons and daughters and those who want to be anointed by God, they serve out of convenience.

But they don't understand serving is inconvenient.

Only if you don't know what you're about to get. Mhm.

So you have to break yourself down that even when I don't want you around, you find a way to be around.

Some sons, if I tell you I don't want you to be around,

you won't see them.

And you ask him, "Where have you been? You told me you don't want me to be around. You're not ready to be submitted."

You don't know. You are not on a God mission.

You're on a self mission. Your feelings are in the way.

That's good.

You're not on a God mission.

That's good.

How?

Yeah. because her father like Esther's here. Do you know how many times I've grilled Esther? I love Esther Rose, but I'm one of the most difficult people to her because I just hammer her down big time. In England, I pulled She probably would have lost all her hair. There are times I'll call Esther and shout out to her about something that has nothing to do with her, but she will stay quiet.

She will handle it and say, "Paps, I took care of it. It wasn't me, but I took care of it." Do you know what she's learned? If my father can call me and vent to me, it means I'm valuable.

You see, people don't have this understanding of understanding what submission looks like.

There are times I'm just chilling and I I'll be watching a movie and I will send it to JT. I say, "Yo, look at this." It means that when my father is winding down, he thinks of me as rest.

So people don't have that understanding. They just think that, oh, you know, he asked me to do this and I am not with that. I only bow to God. That means you're not ready to be submitted. If Elisha could call Elijah, my Lord,

if Joshua could call Moses, "My Lord, my master, my father." In fact, when Elijah was being taken up, Elisha's cry was, "My father, my father, the chariot of Israel, and the horsemen thereof." Do you know what he's saying? He's saying, "My father, you are not only my father, but you are the glory of Israel. You are the protection of the of Israel. You are the one who carries Israel.

Look at how highly esteemed he put him up here. But Elisha had mistakes. Elisha chose not to see them

because he knew what God has put in somebody.

Mentes and sons and daughters begin to have that thing of comparable like, "Oh, my dad did that man. I can't even respect that man. I love him." In front of him, you're like, "Yes, yes, whatever." But you're a hypocrite because you don't understand

the humanity proves that there is divinity

because if his humanity was terrible, he should have quenched the divinity.

Yeah.

But he didn't. That tells you that what God has put in them is potent even though what they may be doing is wrong.

Do you realize what Jesus said to the children of Israel in his day? He said, "You see this priests,

do what they say,

but don't do what they do."

You see, the problem with the church is if your mentor does something

that he's not preaching, you cut him off. Jesus never said don't cut. He said do what they say. They are sitting in the seat of Moses. Do what they say. When they preach the word, do what they say. But when it comes to their personal life and you see holes in the narrative, don't do what they do.

He separated the two. But you hear people telling you today, who tell me, if you find a perfect church, you're going to hell because there is no perfect church.

Every preacher is a human being. They have errors. We all have errors in different levels. But the reality is everybody has errors. Some are more consequential than others. But the point is, we have all fallen short of the glory of God. Jesus. This is God separating. Today we just hear mark them and avoid them. Mark them and avoid them. What are you talking about? Is that what the scriptures plainly says?

When somebody is a heretic, mark them and avoid them

because heresy will destroy you. But if somebody just made a mistake, a stumbling, that's human.

That's human. is because they don't understand mentorship means you becoming like a doormat for Christ to walk on.

You are just a vessel. It's not about you. My mother used to pray this prayer every day at 5:00 a.m. in the morning.

Before she walked the whole house to pray, I'll be up listening. My mom will pray, "Lord, make my children humble.

Let them have a humble heart. Lower them and give them the humility of a mop that just cleans the floor. If there will be a mop that cleans the floor in your house, it's better than them sitting on a throne in your house. Make them humble. I used to say, "This woman is crazy. Why would you want us to?"

But then later in maturity, I realized that this woman knew something and she understood something.

Yeah.

When I was serving prophet Angel, this is a reality. I was talking to my brother, Apostle Felix, a few years ago, and I was telling Apostle Felix, most of these guys will never get the graces we got because we really got to serve.

When prophet Angel would come to America, the Lord Jesus is my witness. When he would come to America, I would travel to go and meet him. I knew at that time he had like a sinus infection that seemed to had lingered a little bit longer even after he had it taken care of. So in my mind I learned to cover whatever bases he will need. I would buy napkins, white napkins with another prophet friend of mine would buy the white napkins and pack them up because we know he will need to blow his nose. These ones are more comfortable. We get that

he's coming from the UK. He's coming to America. I need to buy converters. And I had no money. We will be resourceful to find this.

We receive him at the airport. We get to the airport. We get to the hotel. I know his room. He doesn't like too much. He said, "This is the temperature it will be." He likes Coca-Cola. He doesn't really like water. So, we have a bunch of Cokes, little bit of uh of uh of water. He loves grapes. So, there's a lot of grapes in the hotel. He doesn't like barbecue sauce. He doesn't like any kind of sauces. If you if he and we are Texas where there's barbecue, he doesn't like sauce on anything. So, and he likes French fries. So, I knew every detail

of every single thing he needs.

I used to iron his clothes. I used to put together his underwear. I used to polish his shoes. Not because he demanded me to. He actually bought people from the UK who actually are his assistants doing this. But I would do it.

He loved me so much that in his suite, he will let me sleep on his couch in the living room.

He'll be the last one to sleep and the first one up. So I had to learn how to be ahead of him just in case he needs something. When I just hear, "Yes, papa. I'm here." That's how that's how we got to the places we got to. Not because I wasn't gifted. The Lord appeared to me at six.

But if God has lifted this man this way

and this is where I am going, I will be a fool

to be ignorant. It doesn't mean it was always comfortable. Sometimes you have to do late night runs that were crazy.

There are times we'll be blamed for something that his own people that he came with that messed up and we'll have to pick up and just salvage and make it make sense.

The most pivotal time in my calling and my ministry is when I was a servant. Today I realize that I'm able to serve, love people, and do the things that I'm doing because I actually served. Now you have to remember I wasn't broke. I didn't have money the way I do now. But I wasn't broke. I was producing music. I was having placements. I had just stopped touring with my brother. So it wasn't like I was suffering.

I didn't have much. But what are you doing? Grammy nominated. Ironing somebody else's pants,

arranging their underwear, making sure their towel is ready when they come out of the bathroom, making sure your standby, you already know what they need for breakfast or food. That's crazy.

What kind of brokenness is that? I grew up in a home where we were four kids. Okay, now it's just me and my brother Richie that I left. It was Richie's the firstborn, my sister Ellie, Christian, and then me. Each child had a mate. That's how I grew up. And then we had housekeepers and the chefs in the house.

I grew up like a prince. Sometimes when you see me doing certain things, you're just like, "Oh yeah, yeah, you didn't just pick that up." Because that's how I really grew up.

But then how does the mindset change to the place of servantthood is because I understood where God is taking me. And because I understood where God is taking me, I've been able to build something by the grace of God. Not by my strength, not by my wisdom, but by the grace of God.

By the grace of God that life is like a yo-yo. It's up and down. Every ministry has an up and down moment. Every life has an up and down moment. Every human being, every child, at some point of your life, you hit a up and down. It's normal. But when I hit a down, I was still up.

I never went to where I used to be.

I didn't even come close to it.

Why? Because I understood how to build

from the servants's position.

Yeah.

To the whole house being built.

So, how can I fail when I know how everything works? How can I fail when I know that this skill I don't I know what needs to be done but I need a JT here. I need an Esther Rose here. I need a Devon here. I need I need a Chaz here.

How can you fail when you know that these things need to be done

but they need to be done this way. My wife can run this. Do you realize I I'm never in my office.

I know what's happening because JT will inform me, Devon will inform me. My wife will inform me the all the executives eventually I know what is going on but I also know what is going on from the people who are serving that the executives don't even know that I know

I know everything that is happening in the house of God. I have to know

but I'm never at the office.

But I know I have an office that I barely go into. So the reality is most people don't understand that if you don't become a servant.

Every mentor, every father that God has ever given me, the fathers God has ever given me, none of them can ever complain about my character and my attitude. My testimony is always one thing. I remember prophet passion would say this. I have never met anyone more humble than love. Do you realize I'm older than him

by a year and a half? But I submitted myself

in that time when I was going to England when we were doing evolution

in London. I called I called uh I called Prophet told him I'm going to England. This is what God told me to do. I said okay it's tough but I believe if anybody can do it loas can do it.

Do you know for somebody that was involved in your growth to speak like that it

it amounts to something.

So he gave me courage other fathers also supported me. Prophet Bernard Taylor and others they were praying with me because God gave me a very heavy task to pray.

The day of the before the event I asked he was not he was in Africa. So his wife was, she said, "I was just going to come and greet and then leave." But she arrived and she saw how everything was. She sat down. She did not leave until the service ended. UJ, my little brother, was there sat next to and they had their some of their people. They sat down.

And after service, she looked at me, she looked at my she said, "I am so proud of you. on the stage when I was introducing I went on my knees not because they are God but if God used them to get you to a certain point you're a fool if you don't recognize it

that's the problem with people our generation is so broken

because they don't if you think bowing to a man is worship then you have never worshiped God

you've never worshiped God you've you don't even actually know what worship is most of The people who would not even talk about me, they talk about me now. You can't talk about the prophetic without mentioning me.

But the prophetic started with me ironing clothes, arranging underwear, packing bags, carrying bags, cleaning things. I had to do it. I have zero pride in me.

That's why I'm great. If my hands need to get dirty for me to work something that God wants me to do, I will do it.

When people are always in that place, you have to understand, I'm probably one of the sharpest prophets I know. And I'm talking about myself,

but you never see me say God said, God said, God said. When I hang out with you guys, it's just normal.

Not because I can't hear God.

It's humility. Because if I act like prophet, you will not be able to relate to me. Jesus, the son of God, goes to the Jordan, finds John, John sees him because John did not know he was supposed to baptize Jesus.

He just thought that he was preparing a way for him.

So when Jesus comes when people are being baptized, he says, "Behold the lamb of God who even his sandals are not worthy to tie." Then Jesus comes to him like he wants to be baptized. He looks at Jesus. He says, "Lord, me baptize you. You're out of your mind. You should be baptizing me."

Jesus said, "Let it be so in this life.

In the next one, I promise I'll baptize you, but let me fulfill all righteousness."

What has John to offer Jesus that Jesus doesn't have?

There's one thing. He went ahead of him.

So somebody ahead of you because if I am opening the door for you, it means you're better than me.

Let me explain it. If my plateau is where you want to start, because you have to remember when I'm mentoring you,

I've cut the time.

True.

Less than half.

Facts.

Not halfway.

Less than half.

Less than half. Because if it took me

that's true

40 years to get to this point

and I mentor you those 40 years include mistakes setbacks and all this

but it takes you I can get you there in like two three years

it means by the time you walk through the door you have an opportunity to explore beyond the door

beyond what I can because I kept at 40 40 years

and I'm trying to move but now I am slow I don't have the energy I had to get to this point to continue. That means you'll be better than me and because of you, you will increase my shelf life.

Bishop Jones, my mentor, tells me this all the time. He says, "Loy, you have extended my shelf life."

People like you, especially you, you have extended my shelf life. I said, "Dad, how?" He said, "Because I no longer am in my time.

The people I was sent to

have grown up. Some have died,

but I'm still around.

Your generation doesn't know me. They can't understand me.

But through you, they can understand me.

So I give you all this old sage wisdom and you give me shelf life.

Because if you bring me into a meeting,

then I am relevant because of your presence.

But if I go into the meeting myself, they can't understand me.

That's good. And this is one of the best teachers in the world I know. That's what he's saying. It's because he understands the power of mentorship.

Our people know squiddly nothing.

Empty.

It's like they see getting to where you were as they left you.

They no longer need.

And that's not the truth. A tree without roots fails.

Your roots are the people who got you there.

See, I can talk about my success from the beginning. How many pastors do you ever hear them speaking about their genesis?

They can't because most of them got to where they got to by stepping on people, hurting people, talking badly about people that even they pl they have plateaued. They can't go beyond.

They plateaued. They can't go beyond where they are.

Success is replicated no matter what field you're in. No matter what field you're in. And I have been a servant in every church in America. I've been to two churches. Bishop Donko's church plant that was changed to another church and Apostle Leslie's church. In all these churches, I served where I could. I carried instruments. I did sound. I was a drama when they needed me to be. I was a chair arranger when I was needed to be. I was an usher when I needed to be. But I can preach better than the person in the pullpit. I can see better than the person in the In fact, I can see and they can't see and they're on the pullpit. I know people's burdens. I know all these things. But nobody knew except Apostle Gersian. He was the only person who knew that I was gifted.

And when he knew it, God told me he will help you in ministry when your time comes. That's why he was the first person outside of our circle that I brought in.

Yeah.

And I told him, "This guy was my pastor

and I need him." God told me I need him.

So, he has to be here because God told me you need elders around you.

Because he will validate you.

That's the word God used

because everybody is young. But if they see some gray hairs and whatever

and this is not a strategy for me, God is the one who told them. So all these things all these things matter. I was I was talking to our media team and our head lead is good at what he does but him being good doesn't mean he's integrated into the culture of the church. So I told him my guy for you to be successful see Ma you see Esther you see this person they've been doing this longer

and they know the flow of things. You cannot succeed unless you involve these guys.

Your job is not their job. But in order for your job to be successful, you have to know what they're doing.

In the beginning was hiccups. The moment they got involved, everything is just like easier. Why? Because life is just better like that.

Life is just better like that.

See, JT had to do a job that is not really his thing even though he can do it for a long time until he got to a place where he's like all right we got to move on to the next thing my guy this is what I'm like bro you a strategist let's move to this side and flip this thing and things are more efficient that's how things work

when I met my little brother Chaz and my little brother his mom and dad adopted me like literally like legally when I met my little brother Chaz. He had just been in an accident. His face was disfigured and God healed him.

And Uncle Char now can travel to Toronto and minister, set people free and come back.

When you met him, Chaz has always been in entertainment. He's a manager, successful in that. In that he knows everybody. He knows what's going on and all that. People call him all the time. Then to see the guy now can hey and demons are running up. It's just like how did he get there? You think it just happened?

No.

You could say Andrew, yeah, it's his son, but let's use people who are doing things. It's just like, wait, how? If you don't have that brokenness, you're cooked. you're really good.

Humility is an art,

but you cannot be submitted without a mission because submission is only for those who are on a mission.

If you're not on a mission, you can't be submitted. It's it's a lie. You just want money. Wanting money.

Wanting money. Wanting money. You didn't put shipping, right?

Huh?

It's a pick up, right? I'll continue to ship. Okay.

Okay. Nice. Nice.

I already did.

Sorry.

Oh, you sent it.

Okay. Okay. See you spirit. You went faster than I can.

Submission is an art. Submission is an art, man. Submission is an art. And if you don't have it, you don't have it. But submission is an art.

It's for people who understand they going somewhere. So they are not bothered by their training. People who are not going anywhere don't want to train. I had friends who went to the marine and they left because they just couldn't do it. The pain and the pace and the things was just too much. They quit while they were still in boot camp. That's where people fall off.

But you never have had a training then when you're in boot camp because that's when you become a soldier.

Somebody tells you when to wake up, when to make your bed, when to brush your teeth, how to shave, how to Why are they doing that? They are programming you

in order for you to stay alive. So if you can't take those disciplines, you're not going to stay alive.

You're going to die.

You know, I've never quite heard it in the way you just said it today that it makes submission. You say you can only submit when you have a mission.

No, no, that's the only That's

But you listen to the word submission. Yeah.

It's like you're taking your mission, you're putting it under somebody. Yeah.

I've never thought of it heard it like that because we always say submit, submit, submit. Because but you see submission is learning to serve another another vision

when you are getting skill to run your own

because think about it like somebody like Jeremy right Jeremy films people's stories all the time

but before he filmed people's stories he had to find random stories of soon to make.

Oh, that's good. That's good.

Now he can tell your story better.

Because he knows how to tell a story.

That's good.

So now he can serve your mission

by knowing what will look better than even you.

That's good.

When I do things, I always think about how will it be how will it look like?

How will it be seen?

If you have no mission, you cannot be submitted. It's impossible.

You just can't be submitted. It's a lie. It's a facade. It's a It's wishful thinking.

My neighbor, our neighbor, that family was an Indian family and they had a lot of businesses.

Their children only go to school until they finish what we call secondary school.

So when they finish secondary school, which is form four,

they are 18, which you guys will call high school. They don't go to college because on the weekends while they were still in school, they were shadowing the business.

Yeah. Yeah.

Their shops, their businesses. By the time they finish high school, they are running the business.

True.

That's how these guys were raised. So, we'll be in school with people and the next year some of them before we even we finish standard eight and they have disappeared.

You're like, "Wait, where's Sharif?"

Yeah. Then you go, you're like, "Oh, Sharif, you see him driving like what the heck is that?" Yeah. Yeah. You know, I'm just doing business. I'm doing business with dad. We are stalking our warehouses. It's just like what? Because all you need because school was supposed to teach you how to think.

School was supposed to teach you how to think.

It was supposed to teach you how to write, how to read, how to count. But above all, school was supposed to make you learn how to think.

In in modern school, you are taught how to solve problems within subjects, but those things are not applicable to life.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

You are memorizing things,

but those things are not useful.

So when you go out in the world, you are trained to be are made.

Yeah.

That if you don't comply, they will fire you because there's 10,000 other people who did the same subjects you did and they can just put them in.

So that means you have no unique path.

You're just a regular person. It's like the ant colony. Worker, soldier, worker, soldier, queen. Your work was set from the time you were born. That's what the school system did.

So, how does it look like to not have a mission?

You're going through the motions. You have no passion. You have no drive. You're doing things to just pay bills. You have no mission because a mission has a has a final destination.

There's a place you're trying to get to. Financial freedom is not a destination.

Do you know there was a study that was done and they were figuring out why certain regions of people live longer than others. And they said when people retire they die.

Mhm.

Why do they die? They have nothing more to look forward to.

Even if you're going to a stressful job, you have stress to look forward to. you are anticipating a future.

When people retire and they don't get a hobby or something that will give them a purpose to live, they usually die. Their body starts shutting down. They start slowing down. Before you know it, they are gone. So, what do most retirees do?

What do they do? They travel.

They want to look after their grandchildren. They want to do something that keeps them alive. Because the moment you have nothing to look forward to, you die.

Right?

So, we have a lot of walking zombies.

I'll say it again. We have a lot of walking zombies.

Yeah, man. I just, you know, their goals is just buy a car, buy a house, have have a body, or have a six-pack guy. And it's just vain.

There's no vision because a mission makes you want to change the world. It leaves you in a place where you want to improve the lives of people around you. That's what it's about.

When you get all the money in the world, let me tell you, I'm not the wealthiest person, but God has blessed me.

I'm a blessed man. I can't lie. I am blessed. But there are studio equipments that I always wanted.

I bought all of them and even vintage ones that I never even thought I would buy. Now I just look at them. still make music, but I just look at them. I'm still passionate about music, but I just look at these things and I just observe them.

Is there anything else to buy? Nothing.

Not because you can't spend more money,

but you realize there's no fulfillment.

The fulfillment you had is you are looking forward to something. Now you have it. You can use it, but there's nothing beyond. man, being in a private jet, whatever.

I fly private all the time with my children,

with my wife and kids all the time. To me, it's just getting like getting in a bus and going to somewhere and coming back. Somebody else it's a big thing. To me, it's no longer that

that now I'm like, should I buy one and shutter it? Bishop told me no. When you I used to own a jet, it can be a liability. Let's do it together that way. I was like, all right, Bishop, when you're ready, let me know. We can make it happen. They have just become things. They're not You realize there's no future in them. They just facilitate movement.

My little brother drives a Bentley. All right. He drives a Bentley. I drive. Actually, he drives a Cyber truck cuz these guys driving. It's once in a while when I drive, they're like, "Hey, yo, you're driving?" "Yeah, why?"

Yeah, you know, I just wanted to hang along, but I'm not interested in any of these things. But I have plenty of cars. Do they mean anything significant to me? No, they're just cars. They're just cars. But before they were just cars, man, driving a Lambo, driving a a Bentley, driving a Rolls-Royce, driving, In fact, some of them cars like Rolls-Royces, I actually hate them because they look like horses to me. I can't stand them.

I wouldn't buy a Maybback. It's too presidential. Rolls-Royce. these cars are too present. I'm just like,

but there are people be like, "Yeah, that's what I me I don't even care about it."

So the actuality of what I'm trying to communicate is simple. Is this you cannot be vain and vanity only dies when you have a vision of the future. Now I have surpassed because those things that I wanted to have were in the trajectory of my life in the beginning. So they looked like a goal but when you get there you realize they were not a goal. They just a landmark.

And you have to keep going.

Yeah.

So there are things that we are into, we are excited about with

it's trash.

There's nothing to them.

Can I ask one more question?

Yes.

What about the people because I know you started with talking about replicating and it applies no matter where you are. So what about the ones that feel like money is a factor, right? Is that a situation of replicating starting where you can start?

No. You see money? Let me tell you something. Before the richest man became rich, he started with no money.

Mhm.

You see, people chase money and you're supposed to chase value.

I'll say that one more time.

Money is attracted to value.

Money is not attracted to hard work.

That's why the hardest laborers and the least.

Yeah.

Go to the farms, go to the this, go to the that. Immigrants who work so hard make the least amount of money.

Yeah.

And the people who make the most money oversee those who are working.

Yeah.

Because money is not attracted to hard work. Money is attracted to value.

If you have value, money will follow you. It will follow you.

You won't follow it. It will follow you.

I always just use this building as as a testimony, right? Because it is

for sure.

We could have never bought this building if there was no value.

How the heck do you raise $4 million in in within a month

during the pandemic within a month?

within one month

with only about 300 people viewing you and that is combining YouTube and Facebook.

How how

and 4 million was just half of what we needed.

Yeah. If we showed you our bills for the month, you'll be like, "What the heck?"

But

no, it's in the hundreds of thousands. Close to a million, actually, to run the church every month.

Now, I'm not just saying it. I'm not saying half a million. Very close to a million.

Eight something every month. Eight something every month. How is it happening? After all the lies in this land, we still we're just fine.

How? Because because there is value.

When there is value, it attracts resources. The issue is people are not solving people's problems. People are not elevating and lifting up people's people out of messes. Why should God use them to tithe to your church? Give offering to your church when all you do is you speak a word but you don't help them.

I give out of my own personal money no less than 1.5 million a year in don. This is the church does crazy. They probably spend more than that. I spend that from my own pocket

because value attracts resources. I always tell men of God,

if there is no resources is because you're not doing something right. You're not doing God's will. Because if you're doing God's will, there will be value. And if there will and if there is value, there will be resources. The absence of resources is the absence of value.

The reason why money means nothing right now is because most currencies are not backed up by gold. The only reason why America's dollar has value is because of the petro dollar because America's money is used to trade with oil.

So it maintains the value of the dollar. But if the dollar is dethroned and the petro dollar is no longer a factor,

the dollars and that's what he's trying that's what the bricks is trying to do. That's what all these collusions are trying to do. If they stop trading with the dollar and the dollar collapses, America goes down. Why? Because the only thing maintained, they no longer back their money with gold.

So that's an issue

because gold represents value.

So now you have to ask yourself. What's your value?

Cuz if you don't have value is the reason why you're broke.

It's not fasting and praying. Father send money. I am rich. I am prosperous. There's a place for that.

Yeah. But just praying I am rich and I'm prosperous and you have no service to offer

you die poor

and you find your value. I'm sorry.

I'm sorry.

How do you find your value? Let me give you an example.

I'll give I'll give a little scenario.

Right?

You're in the church.

Let's say Payton notices.

Why are they singing off key?

Nobody else is bothered. Everybody's shouting. Oh, the music is great, but Pton's like, "Nah, these people are not in sync. These people are singing horribly.

Why is the sound sounding bad, but nobody else can notice it?"

She's only noticing it. You see, your gift highlights problems.

Yeah.

Okay.

Your gift highlights problems because you have the solution.

Because you see through your gift. The reason why people don't see spiritually is because they think spiritual sight is just seeing what others can't see. No, seeing in the spirit is seeing through your gift.

Whatever your talent is is the beginning of your sight.

One more time.

Whatever your talent is is the beginning of your sight.

Jesus could construct people's lives not only because he was God,

but because he was a carpenter.

That's okay.

So he knew how to measure.

He knew how to do this. He understood that.

You see through your gift.

He could say I am at the door knocking because he built that door.

Said I will sit at the I He prepares a table for me because he can build one. He doesn't need anyone to give you a table. Mhm.

You are seated with him because he built that throne.

Nobody gave it to him.

You don't realize that God is a craftsman.

He gave the exact measurements for the ark of the covenant.

The exact me measurements for the Noah's ark.

Everything is so precise with God because your gift, your ability to see begins with your gift. That's why most prophets are into arts because arts you have to be almost cuckoo in your mind a little bit.

You hear melodies other people can't hear. You see frames that other people can't see. You see colors. You you have this wild imagination. Why?

You see how many people are studying social media? How many people are capturing content social media? How many people are doing this? And how many people just do something and you're like, "Bro, that is so good."

There's so much content, but most content is trash,

right?

Very few content is like, "Oh my god."

Right. Right.

And it's not even short like film, but even just their taste of capture, it's just like, you know, you're supposed to be doing this.

Yeah. True.

And then there are people who will try so hard and it still is like,

"Come on, bro.

See like you guys have an aesthetic because you have to keep a theme. You have to keep a this for the church, right?

And the reason you have to do that is because the church has no personality. You have created a persona for the church.

So what people are seeing is not what Rev Church is doing. It's what you are making them believe. What Rev Church is

by your posts and things like that. Loias is a worker of the church but is his own person.

So my posts also resemble my personality because I'm random.

So my posts are random.

I don't care about them being the greatest quality because I am more worried about communicating what I want to communicate with. And people are not really consuming my content because of quality.

They're consuming my content because of value.

If I pray along, I will be healed. If I listen, I will have revelation.

That's the key.

So when I post my stuff, I'm I'm not really thinking about, hey, let's post the prayer.

The only thing I care about is is it communicating what I want.

You guys will send me the fanciest posters and I'll be like, bro, why is that picture small?

People are not looking at how beautiful this is. What what is it communicating? Then they have to take it back and do it again. And they're like, yo, this this is

like that didn't even look good. I'm like, that's what I want. And then after you see the engagement is crazy is because from my perspective from my paradigm I know the people who follow me what they see

but from you guys's side people see something different. So when they come to you guys they come for something else. When they come to me they come for something else.

So I'm not trying to have the craziest angles or I don't care about any of that. Even though Jeremy does it, makes it happen all the time, but it's not really my brand is not based on how things are filmed.

The church is because everybody out there has to see themsel in the church.

Yes.

Me, they just got to see me.

So, it's simple.

Simple.

It's not as complicated.

But that's not an excuse, Deon.

It's not.

I don't think it's an excuse at all. people built on that.

But that's not true.

There's still more.

First Corinthians 12:28.

Go to verse 28. Now remember those were nine we just read.

Okay. Go to verse 28.

And God hath set some in the church. First apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles.

Wait, wait, wait, wait. Miracles.

There was working of miracles. But now there's another guy who's just called miracles.

That's a different gift.

Working of miracles and miracles are different in this way.

Working of miracles is like when Elisha would say, "Take the salt, put it in water,

and the waters will be cured. Take the back of a tree, put it in water, and the waters will be sweet." That's working a miracle. When Jesus took water and turned it into wine, he didn't just pray water turn into wine. What did he do? Pour water. Pour water again. Take the cup. Go and give it to the master of the ceremony. And when he drank it, it changed.

That is working of miracles. Then there is just miracles.

That's when you see Jesus. People had no eyes. He touches them. They have eyes. And then other people, he spits on the ground, puts it on their eyes, and then they see. Jesus could work all dimensions because Jesus is the gift himself.

You get it? So miracles and working of miracles is different. Miracles is they touch you, something happens and this and and I'm talking about healing but I'm giving you an example within healing there's also miracles

because a healing is not a miracle.

It's different.

Keep going.

Then gifts of healings

helps God.

Wait, wait, wait, wait. How do you define the gift of helps, right?

The gift of helps just means support.

So how do you define the gift of helps?

Because everybody wants to shah no some people have the gift of helps. What is the gift of helps? It means I can support a situation to get it to where God wants it to be.

The only people who think about who have the gift of helps are people who are financial partners.

That's how I know you're not a preacher.

laughter

Cuz that went over your head. Not in a bad way.

I'm trying to take notes.

But just think about it. Churches believe their financial partners are their help.

Oh,

but actually your financial partner is not your help.

Yeah.

He's a resource

but not your help.

Yeah. So, how do you define the ministry of helps?

Are you thinking about this?

Yeah, but are you thinking about that? It's crazy.

How do you define the ministry of help? Because that's a blank check, but it's a gift.

One of the most important gift

Jesus could not carry the cross without the gift of helps. Simon ofSirene helped him to carry the cross.

That's a gift of helps

because Jesus could not get to his destination without Simon ofSirene

an African man.

So even Jesus needed the gift of helps.

So you have to ask yourself, do I have the gift of helps? Because if I look at a church and everything is disorganized and I see how everything can be organized and run, I have the gift of helps.

If I see things wrong in people, I have the gift of critiquing

because to critique is a gift. The problem is people use it on people and not themselves.

How can you tear something apart unless you have the ability to fix it?

Criticism is not the gift because anybody can criticize anything. But to critique like a chef goes in and critics the food too salty, too this is not tearing down. It's giving them feedback so they can fix.

So think about it. What the heck is the gift of helps?

It's not arranging chairs, even though that's a gift of helps, too. Keep going.

Governments.

Governments. Wait, governments.

What do you mean the gift of governments means organization? Somebody who can run things. It's a whole other gift. Keep going.

Diversities of tongues.

Diversities of tongues. So having a tongue and having diversity of tongues two different gifts. Keep going.

Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Are all workers of miracles? Have all the gifts of healing? Do all speak with tongues? Do all interpret? But covet earnestly the best gifts

and yet show I unto you a more excellent way.

He's telling you love. We are all not going to do the same thing but we will do something. So if you've only been taught nine gifts of the spirit,

you are cooked because it's not true. There's way more than nine gifts of the spirit. And some are just a blanket title that encompasses so much

because somebody with miracles can also work healings, but he's not a healer.

But a healer can look like they're working miracles, but they're not working miracles at all.

So when people see somebody who couldn't walk, they walk. They say, "Oh my god, that is a miracle." No, that's a healing restoration of what could be done. The only time he becomes a miracle is he did not have a bone and a bone appeared. Where did it come from? That's a miracle. He did not have eyeballs. The eyeballs just popped out of their eyes.

That's a miracle.

That's a different thing because you are now bringing because a miracle is divine intervention.

Where did this come from?

Is that what Smith Wgles operated in?

No. Healings.

Just healings.

Yeah. Uncle Steve. He was He was crazy.

Yeah. Yeah. He was like strictly Bible.

Yeah. All of the old school guys, they just stayed in their lane.

Yeah.

He was a plumber.

That was his profession.

So God took him to healing.

laughter

God has a sense of humor.

He's actually kind of crazy.

You know the testimony about how he raised a man from the dead in a funeral.

Yeah. I heard you like

smack he smacked it.

Yeah. Yeah.

He went to a funeral, finds they invited him to a funeral. He crosses over to where the casket is. Pulls the guy out cuz he was a big guy.

He was a huge guy. He was a plumber. He was a strong guy.

Pulls him out, stands him up, says in the name of Jesus, rise up. The guy fell down,

grabbed him, smacked him in the name of Jesus. The guy came back to life.

laughter

He smacked the smack the life back into him.

So th those are just those are just things to know. So if you don't understand the things of the gift, you'll think that you have not gifted. I still can't find my gift because you're looking for tongues.

You're looking for visions. You're looking for casting out demons. No, no, no, no, no, no, no.

You may just be called to be in governments, running things.

Yeah, because we have hypers spiritualized things. We everything is spiritual from scripture. But when you hyper spiritualize, you lose people

because you're no longer in reality

because people think spirituality is not reality. And spirituality is reality.

Spirituality is reality. Is it time for class? Bring the computer. Let's let's let's do that so I can go and pray.
