In one line: Worship is intimacy — the key that changed his life at 11–12. "God is a Spirit, and they that worship Him must worship in spirit and in truth" (John 4:24) — God isn't seeking the available or even the pure, but worshippers, because worship is the one thing He can't make you do.

Worship = intimacy

I know today is the World Cup finals.

I'm praying that you be delivered from temptation.

You know, some people their hearts are thinking.

Messi baptized somebody. We need to see if the baptism.

Don't worry, I won't keep you long. Hallelujah. Are we there?

Are we there?

My my scriptures, please. Okay.

John chapter 4.

That's John chapter 5. Okay. Start from 19, please. Who is up there?

Okay. Here we go. The woman saith unto him, "Sir, I perceive that thou art a prophet." Verse 20, "Our fathers worshiped in this mountain, and ye say that is that in Jerusalem is the place where men ought to worship."
Verse 21. Jesus said unto her,"Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem worship the Father." Keep going. Ye worship what you know not. You know not not what we know what we worship for salvation is of the Jews.
Keep going. But the hour cometh and now is when the true worshippers [snorts] shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth. For the Father seeketh such to worship him. Verse 24, God is spirit and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

Let's start from verse 22 together all of us. Let's read it together. 1 2 3

Ye worship ye know not what we know what we worship for salvation is of the Jews.
But the hour cometh and now is when the true worshippers shall worship the father in spirit and in truth. For the father seeketh such to worship him. God is a spirit and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

Can we read 24 together again and then 25? 1 2 3

God is a spirit.

Read read it with your trust.

One, two, three.

God is a spirit and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. The woman saith unto him, I know that Messiah's cometh, which is called Christ. When he is come, he will tell us all things.

Stop right there. You may sit in heavenly places.

Now, I'm not going to take too much time, but I will tell you what transformed me completely as a child. I will tell you the greatest key one of I mean I believe everything I teach is important but this changed my life. Everything I speak about is something I've benefited from. But I'm going to tell you something that completely changed my life when I discovered this. And I discovered this as a young boy. I was probably uh 11 or 12 when I started doing what I'm about to teach you today.

Amen. Amen.

applause

Now I want you to know this and the reason why I want you to understand this is simple. Never listen. Please hear me.

Never take medical advice from a mechanic.

You know, let me talk to the churches this way. Let me talk to where the church is.

Never take medical advice from a mechanic.

Just because he operates on cars doesn't mean he knows human biology.

Y'all are not listening to me this morning.

Never take medical advice from a from a mechanic.

say, you know, the blood is like oil. It has to flow through the engine.

Never take medical advice from a mechanic. What am I trying to say?

We live in a time where every man of God wants to be the man.

Please hear me. What do I mean by that? Anybody who preaches Jesus, whether you like me or not, I'm on your side. Why? Because as long as Jesus is being preached, that's all that matters. The scripture says so. Apostle Paul demonstrated the highest level of maturity. He wasn't nitpicking what people were doing even though he could. He was appointed by the Lord, anointed by the Lord. He was extremely profound in revelation. He could point out any mistake any of us are doing. But he said, "You know what? What matters the most? Even if they're envious, even if they are angry, even if they're upset, as long as they are preaching Jesus,

that's all that matters. If somebody will hear Jesus saves, Jesus forgives, he died for you." the simplicity of the gospel. Even though their intention is wrong, just because they pointed you to Jesus, you may be deceived for a moment, but because they pointed you to Jesus and your desire is Jesus, he will rescue you.

That's what Apostle Paul means. Clap your hands for to Jesus.

applause

This idea of watchmen that we have right now is completely corrupt.

And you'll understand in a second is completely corrupt. It's not it's not legitimate. No one protects the church except the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit is the keeper of the church.

Not men.

Amen.

A watchman is somebody who looks at what God is saying and informs the church. There is no one that is a guardian of the church except God himself. The church belongs to Christ and Christ will keep his church. It's not no listen. No one can protect the church. Do you know the events? Go read the church fathers or just go read the gospels. Go look at the Old Testament. Look at how God's people are persecuted. No watchman saved a nation. God always appointed somebody to rescue his people because God is the keeper of the church. Today's watchman is somebody who's waiting for you to preach, watch your teaching, splice the clip and say this teaching and they don't they're not even doctrinally sound. They have no spirit of revelation. So they will say like uh how how can you say that? Like I remember years ago I preached a a a message saying not a man and in context I threw Noah in there. Of course Noah is a human being. People cut the clips. You see he preaches Noah is not a man. He's like you people are idiots.

Even the logic to think is not there. Why? Because you have been trained. If it is written like this it should be exactly how it's written. No, that's not how that is not even doctrinally right.

You take the full counsel of God and through that you make a summary like an example. Moses says he met God in a fire, right? Wave your hands. Is that true?

Wave your hands. Wave your hands. Did Moses meet God in a fire? Even overflow. Wave your hands. God met Moses in a fire. That's true. But Elijah, if you was looking for Moses's experience, you would have missed God.

Because a fire came and God was not in what? The fire. So there are no definite. The point is God can appear to you in a supernatural way. How do you know that is God? How do you know that it is God? It is the message, the presence, and the spirit behind the message that it will tell you who it is.

Amen. Because you may say, I went to the beach and God came out of the water. They will say that's a marine spirit. What is difference with that with fire?

Isn't fire an element also?

Is in water an element?

Are you getting what I'm saying?

But when you're brainwashed, when you're brainwashed, you say, "No, it either has to be a fire." But another one met God in a whirlwind

and another one met a wind God was not in the wind.

I can't hear you.

So if you are looking for this is how it is without knowing the full counsel of God you will find yourself in a bad place.

God is a spirit. Please hear me.

God is not your uncle.

He says my ways are not your ways.

So how is it that people have narrowed down God's ways?

Because if his ways are not our ways, it means our natural disposition will always be a way.

meaning you don't find his way just because you say you love him. You have to study him. You have to know him by revelation in order for you to know what God wants. God told some prophets preach naked for years. You say it's a lying spirit, but God said no, I want you to preach naked for 3 years. What? As a sign, Lord, send a sign. Why me?

God says to another, "I want you to marry a prostitute."

A major prophet. Yes. Marry a prostitute as a sign that Israel has become a harlot. Why can't you just tell them

laughter

why? Why, Lord? Why?

If it was in today's day,

you know what? Let me keep my mouth shut.

But this is God. Somebody will say God would never know. You don't know him.

Amen.

You don't understand him.

That's right.

When I give you counsel on spiritual matters, come tish. I posted you on your birthday and you did not even repost me. Happy birthday.

I wasn't on Instagram. I'm

okay. That's my big sister. Your clap for her t-shirt.

So, understand this by the spirit of God. When I tell you something, I am telling you by experience. Remember I'm a African kid that grew up in Nairobi, lived in East Africa. God brought me here and today my ministry is touching millions of people.

Amen. without any cosign, without any upliftment, simply with a vision that God told me to do something since I was six and today my gift is touching millions. They've attacked me. They've said things about me. I'm still better than them, greater than them, touching more lives than them.

So if I thank you for all those who are clapping. So when I give you counsel, I am giving you counsel from what works.

Amen.

Yes sir.

I'm giving you advice on what is real, what is tangible.

Yes, sir.

Not a theory, not a story, not something that's I'm giving you what works.

Amen.

Now, if I had not done the things that I have done, don't listen to me. If I tell you about prophecy, you better listen.

I'm probably [snorts] those who know how this works,

they know where I am.

Is those who can't prophesy that I have no respect because they can't do it either.

So if I teach you about prophecy, listen because I'm very very very advanced.

very very it sounds like arrogance but it isn't. I've paid the price.

Amen.

So if I tell you this is prophecy, this is not prophecy. This is how prophecy works. Please listen because I know what it is about. My results speak for themselves.

Amen. Amen.

applause

Very few men of God, very few prophets I know that are actually prophets, not some people that call themselves prophets that can do prophetic service every week. Every week. Every week for the past, I don't know 10 years. Remember they used to say hired actors then he changed then they said nah this this guy's a winch familiar spirit why because he blew their mind they can't understand they you they used to hearing their own mind so they can't understand somebody who can minister to people accurately consistently then what did they start saying you don't need accuracy really because people have to put you down to lift themsel

so when I'm telling you about prophecy listen in In fact, in August, August what? 17th

17th through 19th,

prophetic school is coming up.

Go to prophet lovi.com and sign up now.

Amen.

Prophetic school is coming up. This time is navigation of the spirit. I will teach you how to navigate. You will know what you need to do in life where God wants you to be. What you need to do that will make you successful.

I will show you the map. He did it for me. He will do it for you.

Amen. Now, why am I laying this foundation? Because one of the most misunderstood things in the church is worship.

One of the most misunderstood practice in our walk with God is worship.

Most people, even pastors on stage, don't know what worship is. People think worship is singing to God. Even though there is an aspect of God of singing, but it is the least important of all in churches. I myself I thank God for our worship team.

Amen.

I thank God for our worship team because they have leaders that actually pray.

And we push them to pray and to fast and to pray. Why? Because

you standing on stage is called performing,

right? It only becomes worship if you understand what you're doing.

Amen.

Now, anybody who does not know how to worship has never been intimate with God.

Amen.

Loving God is one thing. To be intimate with him is a completely different thing.

I'll say it again.

Loving God is one thing. To be intimate with him is a completely different thing. Amen.

A husband and wife can love each other. Love you. Love you. Oh, love you. Oh, I care for you. Go out. Yes, they do love each other, but they've never been intimate.

They don't know each other until they join.

When they join, there is a whole level of chemistry and things that shift.

Their love takes a whole different kind of meaning. completely different kind of meaning. In fact, this is a real statistic. They say uh um uh what's it called? Married couples that are not intimate, they fall apart.

But they love each other. How do they become apart? Because that intimacy of that next level, if it is missing, everything starts dissolving because it's not sustainable until you are what? intimate.

So, anybody that has never truly understood what worship is, you've never actually been intimate with God.

There's this big talk of build a relationship with God. Build a relationship with God. First of all, I will say it again. You can't. There's no building a relationship with God. Oh, you know, he's a false prophet. Show me who in the Bible says build a relationship with God. If you understand the full council of scripture, you understand that we are loved by a God who loved us

before we knew him. He loved us while we were in sins, rescued us from sin, brought us unto himself. And now we are discovering and growing in that love.

Amen.

You can't build nothing with God.

It's crazy. But do you know why they talk like that? Because it is church talk and church brain. Amen.

When I say, "Father, I love you," I don't just say, "Father, I love you." I say, "Father, I love you because you loved me first."

Amen.

So, the content of what I'm returning is the little revelation I've had.

Not I just love you so much, Lord. I No, no, no, no. It doesn't. That's not humility. We have no capacity to love him except what he has given.

Amen. When you truly understand our disposition and where we really stand, it shifts a lot of things

in the sight of God.

Amen.

People want all these encounters. People want to hear from God. People want to see this. People want to see that. But they don't understand no prophecy, no miracle, no deliverance begins outside of intimacy.

There's one prophet that passed away years ago. I met his brother. This man was a different kind of man and he only lived to be 36, 38. two real prophets I've met in my life. They've gone on to be with the Lord, but they all went young. Usually, it's very rare for God to keep prophets for long because he sends them to change something and he takes them.

This is a reality. Prophets don't stay long. Why he does that? Because he knows why. This man was so profound.

He was a man of intense worship and purity. One day, one of his sons who took on what he has more than the other disciples he had, and this wasn't his biological child, he would come to the meetings late. One day he he came into the meeting late and the prophet was upset. He said, "You are coming to the meeting late because you don't understand who I am." He took off his shoe.

Hit him and says, "Now you'll know who I am." Hit the boy. The boy fell down into he had an outer body experience. Went to heaven.

Wow.

No. He went up 30 minutes later.

He came back to himself. He got up. The man was changed forever. He said, "Now you know

that man. To this day I know him. He's one of my friends. He holds uh he used to hold like uh in in Kenya we call them flask. What do you call it here? Aamos. Not aos. Because the man never really ate much. He never ate any meats.

He just ate greens and he loved tea. Tea was his thing. So the g guy would hold the thermostat for him. the thermos. Thank you, sir. The thermos for him that until now he has a burn on his finger because he used to hold the tea the the thermos for him.

He would start sending him on missions. Let me show you how powerful this man was. He sends him to a countryside to go and preach and warn. there were some clashes that were coming in Kenya and he sent him to go and warn some of his members in in the country to tell them to move because clashes are coming. So he was sent to go and pray for them. So he went to one of the families and he was speaking but the w the woman was a devout member her husband was on and off but he was a drunk.

The man was an officer too. So the young man came, spoke to them and then the husband came back drunk. He took out his gun and say, "Young man, you want to take my wife?" He says, "No, no, no, sir." He chased him out of at night, kicked him out of the house. So the young kid is now walking and then thugs show up to rob him.

And in the country, they don't rob you with guns, they robbe you with knives and machetes. What dangerous place. While they came to rob him, the prophet appeared, grabbed him by the hand, flew with him about 8 miles, and then dropped him and then he disappeared again. So the young man was dropped close to one area where his family members are.

So he went and slept because he thought like am I he didn't he could not put it together. So in the morning he went back because his stuff he you know his sho he just wanted to know cuz he had no shoes because those people were taking things from him. He went back to that place. He found his belt, his shoes, his wallet in the same place. So he takes his stuff and he goes back. When he gets to the prophet, the prophet the first thing he says, "My son, I'm sorry. The anointing I carry was enough to only move you 8 miles. If I could, I would have brought you back."

Y'all play with this dimensions of the spirit. The man was dangerous. Let me show you another miracle that this guy did too much. In fact, it was crazy the things he did. He's in uh he's in a place called Kisumu in Kenya in the country. He's in a place called Kisumu. He's doing God's work there. They call him one of your members whom you love so much. Their son just died. The son was about 13 years old. He has just died. He said, "Don't bury him. I'm coming." Now, if you know traveling from Kisumu to Mombasa where these guys are in the coast, it's a long time and the roads are not good and it's not like this guy was flying.

It took him 3 days to get to that house where they were. When he arrived in Mombasa, it is the fourth day he went to their house. The boy is decomposing, but he says, "Don't bury him. Leave him in the room. I'm coming." When he got to the house, he told the mother, "People are mourning." He says, "No, no, no. Stop crying. Can you make me porridge?"

So, they make him porridge. He says, "Thank you. It's not for me. It's for the boy. He goes inside the room, carries the young man's corpse that is already like inflating, right? Because the body left out, it starts swelling. He takes the young man, sits him on his lap. He says, "My son, drink." Puts it in his mouth. The young boy wakes up.

applause

May you receive the receive. I receive.

This man was different. He even told them the day that he was going to die. Yeah, it's not you. You think about death the wrong way. That's your problem.

The man was dangerous. When I met his brother who carries what he carries, because his brother wanted to meet me, he gave me his prayer robe and he gave me a horn that he prayed and anointed me with. war Sunday. I will pray for you with it and I will anoint you.

Amen.

Which is this coming Sunday.

Amen.

I don't bring it out often. I just keep it where all my prayer things are. It just sits there. But this man was a man of intense worship. Dangerous man. Dangerous man.

His name was Elijah or his name is Elijah. Dangerous. Dangerous. Dangerous man. But this man's whole doctrine was centered on worship.

If you look at the apostolic church, everything is centered on worship.

But the modern church, we look modern, but we are not a modern church. We are an ancient church.

The issue is people don't understand worship. And because they don't understand worship, they don't receive the power and the grace that it takes to move mountains and to change things.

Why? Because they don't understand God is spirit.

Amen.

I'll say it again. God is spirit.

And the moment you don't understand what it means to be spirit is the moment all these things go south.

There's another prophet again from the Congo. He was also like from the similar kind of church and the man had never cut his hair since he was a child. His parents were told not to cut his hair when the angel of the Lord appeared to them. So his, you know, his hair was like an Einstein, but he never, even a comb never went through his head. So he had the most interesting afro dread kind of hair, clean, but he just looked different.

I have never seen. Listen, I am graced to deliver people. this man and I love prophet TB Joshua. I don't care what anybody says about him.

The man was a real man of God.

Amen.

I don't know his personal life, but it doesn't m matter either. That's his own business. The man was anointed by God.

Prophet Job sure could do deliverance. Crazy. I can do crazy deliverance too.

But this guy

laughter

when you saw his eyes you just know that something is different about this man he never used anointing oil because he just felt like it take too it took too much time. So he would have water. So when he walks into service like this and he looks and his message was very simple. His thing was worship, love God, worship, love God. He walks into the room and he used to love his worship kind of style was he loved he loved like uh uh saxophones and trumpets and thing for him. It reminded him of heavenly vibes. So he had almost like a marching band for musicians. No, seriously. When they will start playing the trumpets and Congo loves to groove, this man will just stand and say in the name of the father, the son, and the holy spirit, he will just splash water like this. People who have skin diseases, they disappear. People who are tumors, it disappears. He raised so many people from the dead that I can't even I nobody knows the actual number because it was too much.

But all these men had something in common. And all these men found me when I was a kid and they prayed for me. You see, my my story doesn't come from what you see.

What bucks me is beyond what you can imagine. I don't even know why God did that. My sister will tell you, I was always in church circles all my life. I didn't even know why God was pulling me that way. Here's the key about worship.

Every act of worship activates a door within God that you can encounter God in a more profound way than you have ever known.

If God is seeking worshippers, God is not seeking who is available. People say, "Oh, God is seeking who is available." That's a lie. God has only said in scriptures, he's seeking those who will worship in spirit.

Meaning the first criterion of God picking you to be his to be used by him, he checks if you have the capacity, the revelation to worship in what? Spirit. Amen.

Because at the table of worship is where the encounters with God manifest consistently.

If somebody says, "I used to hear from God. I don't hear from God anymore." Just know worship in their life is fractured. Amen.

Because if I know, and I'm I'm speaking to mature people, if I know how to encounter you, I will never miss encountering you because I've already been intimate with you. I know how to get you to go to the secret place with me every time. So, I can be consistent in Amen.

If you don't know how to excite God that God goes into the secret place with you, the place of intimacy with you, how can you be consistent?

Because being in public and being in secret is not the same thing.

There's something called pillow talk where people just spill everything. That's where prophecy comes from. Where God just sits and says, "Can you know I can't keep this from you? Do you know so and so did this?" By the way, never tell uh somebody's wife or husband a secret because it will be pillow talk. They can't keep once they're intimate, they'll just start, you know, you know that friend of mine. That's the same thing with God. God starts telling you, uh, you you see when you go to church, there's this guy dressed in orange. That guy, his name is this. He did this and did this but this is what I want for them. God begins to speak to you concerning because you have reached a place whereby you are so intimate with God that God can no longer hide things from you. He will snitch on everything and may you enter into real worship.

Amen.

Now God doesn't gossip because gossip is just informing things that you should inform. But everybody is God's business. So God will inform somebody to do something about what he wants to do through somebody's life. So God begins to snitch on situations. He won't hide. He can tell you what somebody did wrong not so that you can crucify them. So you can rescue them.

Amen.

That is why most of these people cannot hear from God. Because if they could hear from God, the way they would kill all of us.

I feel like I'm talking to myself.

applause

Understanding worship as an art You see, am I speaking to mature people?

Yes.

Is it okay for me to say what I want to say?

Yes.

[sighs]

Remember, worship is intimacy.

Yes, sir. And you have to perfect your art in the secret place

because if you don't, you won't make the minions.

Because it becomes boring.

There's no reason to meet. So it has to always be what? Exciting. Am I communicating with somebody?

Yes.

For those who are matured, you're getting what I'm trying to say. I don't want to give uh you know already people make a living with my clips. I'm trying not to give them anything today.

You have to have to perfect your art of loving God

just like you would a human being. Amen.

Even though you love French fries, you can't eat French fries every day.

Are you getting what I'm saying?

Yes.

So, in the same way, you cannot approach God the same way and think you're going to get the same results. No. That is why the prayer that worked in 1905 is no longer working.

Haven't you noticed that there are things you used to pray it will happen then now you use the same prayer nothing is happening. Why? Because as a relationship evolves you are supposed to know your partner better.

In the beginning he may do things for you to teach you but if you're not getting it they're going to stop until you grow.

Amen. Har are are you listening to me?

Because right now if some of you are asked to worship, you just sing hallelujah. Father, you are worthy. But you don't even know what worthy means. Because if we ask you what is God worthy of all worship, what is worship? You won't be able to answer it.

When Job lost everything, he did not do spiritual warfare. The Bible says Job worshiped.

Yes, sir.

That means worship is not what you think because how do I lose my children? How do I lose my properties? How do I lose everything? And the Bible doesn't say, "And Job cried, and he prayed, he bound, he rebuked, he cast out all he said." The Bible says about him, he says, "Naked I came from my mother's womb. Naked will I go back. Praise be the name of the Lord." Then what does the Bible say next? and he worshiped.

There was no musician. I bet you there was no singing.

I bet you there was no hallelujah.

So what kind of worship did he offer?

If you look in heavenly places, how do those who are in heaven worship, you know, we are we are we are comedy show. I'm telling you here on earth, we are pure comedy show because if we look at the biblical worship, we have some of the best musicians we have ever had in history. But when we worship, people are not on the floor, they can't even stand.

When Solomon set up his temple, the worship was so strong, he pulled and maintained the presence of God in the temple that even when shifts came, the next shift came, when they got in the presence, all they did is they passed out

and they were on the floor.

Amen.

Until their shift is done, somebody else took over. Do you understand the level of divine revelation? The level of divine exchange that was in Solomon's time. No wonder the Bible says that Solomon had peace throughout his reign in every corner because the man understood something. If I can maintain worship, I can maintain his presence.

Amen.

The absence of maintaining God's presence is the absence of worship.

Amen.

You hear Christians saying, you know, I went to church and and you know, the worship was okay. No, it's you. You are the problem.

Because if you carry worship, you enter those doors. Worship will enter the church.

Amen.

Amen. No, you didn't hear what I'm saying. BECAUSE WORSHIP IS NOT WHAT THE band does. IT IS WHAT COMES OUT OF YOU.

HALLELUJAH.

IT IS what rests on you.

That wherever YOU GO, THERE IS A PRESENCE THAT IS

AMEN.

that is maintained because

it has become your covering.

It has become your covering.

Ah, the worship was terrible. Why didn't you do anything about it? I thought you carried the presence of God. So, you're waiting for somebody else to make you intimate with God. We know you don't know God.

Come on.

Can I get a little more volume? Hear me by the spirit. If you depend on somebody else to make you be intimate with your lover,

you don't love your lover.

Come on.

I know that stung somebody and I am glad because you're being delivered.

Amen.

Overflow. Wave your hands. These people don't even want to clap. And look at them. Look at how vibrant they are.

applause

Please don't fall for these fluffs. You can do all the tongues you want in the world. It means nothing.

We have we have completely misunderstood this thing.

Worship is equivalent to incense. That's why the Bible speaks about incense in heaven. Okay? Foolish people think incense is witchcraft. It isn't. If you go to the apostolic churches, they still burn frank frankincense in my I light incense all the time. In my prayer room, frankincense is my is there in my prayer place at home. I'm not ashamed of it. If Jesus was enjoying incense, sometimes I just put it on in my house and it's on.

In Ethiopian culture, every time I would tell uh uh um Betty to make me coffee when she would come over, we don't have coffee without frankincense. Is it not true? It's just culture. But you don't understand why incense and worship are similar. That the church could just light incense. You can see God complaining in the Old Testament. How dare you light incense to other gods.

Why? Because every time you burn incense, the house will be filled with smoke. And then even when the smoke is gone, the scent remains. So somebody who does not worship does not have the teaching good.

You didn't hear what I'm saying.

applause

If you pass them there is no scent. There is no aroma. There is nothing on them

that if they enter a room

the whole room changes. What's that? Oh that's God. But you are sitting next to somebody and said the worship is whatever I just go for the word. That's because you're not a worshipper. And guess what? God is not looking for people like you.

Come on.

He may have saved you, but he's not looking for people like you.

I know it sounds painful and he should hurt you so that you can change.

The church is filled with people, hear me, that come to church to present their problems, not to worship.

They don't know what will solve their problem is when worship becomes their life.

Amen. Amen.

When you are burning for God,

when you're full of God's incense, which is worship and adoration,

DEMONS CAN TELL WHERE YOU ARE FROM AFAR.

THEY WILL NOT COME CLOSE BECAUSE THEY KNOW GOD IS IN THAT PLACE.

AMEN. AMEN.

When you walk, devils knowm somebody is coming. The Lord is coming. they will back off. You see, prayer, the biggest part of prayer is worship.

The biggest part of prayer is worship. Do you know what you're going to do in heaven the whole time?

Worship God. That's that's that's the but but but but understand God is looking for worship because it's the highest level of intimacy.

It is the highest level of what? Intimacy. I can't hear you. It's the highest level of what?

Intimacy.

So God is always seeking worship because it is the intense level of intimacy.

You can live as pure as you want. You can even try to be as sinless as you want. You can do all these things. But if you don't know how to worship, you are zero in the sight of God. God is not even looking for you. He did not say God is looking for the pure because God can make you pure. God is not looking for the holy for he can make you holy.

God is looking for worshippers because worship is something you have to decide. He can't make you do that. So to God, worship is precious. Anyone can praise God. Even sinners praise God. Broken people praise God. But worship is only by revelation.

If you don't have revelation, you cannot worship God.

And if heaven is prioritizing worship over prayer, some of you didn't get it.

God is saying he knows our needs before we ask for them and he will provide for them. But our prayer is more about our needs than it is about worship. Because we don't understand that it is in intimacy you get everything you want.

If you know intimacy once you get to a certain level of intimacy everything you ask for you get.

You don't need to force anybody. You don't need to remind anybody your birthday. You don't need to do it. Just naturally

Amen.

flows.

Let me tell you how I discovered this and I'll give you different ways to worship God

cuz I only have a few minutes.

When I was a young boy, this is around 11, 12, my father who is my primary mentor and founder.

Oh, I said foundation. I said founder. Foundation is my uncle pastor Simon or Reverend Simon. The man is a prophet. Crazy deliverance grace. Ah, amazing man.

He had a book called How to Hear the Voice of God. The day I took that book from him, he always writes manuals. He has like so many manuals like like since I've known him as a young boy, he's always writing. He told me, you know, next time you come and visit me or if I don't come and visit you yet, I want him to come this coming year and spend some time. I just want to He would want to teach and he can teach as many times as he wants, but I just want him to chill. My thing is everyone that I came from that I have access to, I am a blessing to I still take care of my uncle to this day,

lacking nothing.

He told me he's a guy who when you hear me saying you can say it in a better English that's him. He would say that all the time and it's just in my DNA. When I say say father in the name of Jesus I learned that from him. These are things I learned from him. This is not my thing. That is his thing because he was the first man of God I ever knew ever. And he's my uncle.

He has so many manuals. He was telling me, you know, next time I come, I'll just bring them to you and you can revise them and publish them. He says, when I see you, I see myself. And it is true. Probably 90% of the things I do or more, it's all him.

When I took that book from him, now you all know I have dyslexia. I can't really read like that. Unless the spirit is on me, then everything is clear. I just had that book and I was living with my cousin, my older cousin. His name is Paul. And I was staying with him in a small one-bedroom. And I would sleep on the floor. He would sleep on the bed. I had a mattress because we had nothing.

While I was on the floor, I had that book. I said, "Lord, whatever is in this book, I want to experience it more.

I don't want to just read about it. I want to experience it." That night around 2 something a.m. I remember this because Paul had a clock next to his bed. He was always on time, you know. He went to medical school. So everything for him was one plus one. He was too strict. Around 2, I was in bed just saying, "Lord, I love you. Teach me how to love you."

I had somebody land on the roof physically. I'm not telling you spiritually. Physically landed on the floor of the on on the roof. Sorry. Boom.

And immediately this being landed on the roof. Even Paul was startled. And the presence that came upon me that day,

hallelujah,

shocked [snorts] me because I was like this in bed shaking. I you know those days I wasn't educated on the things I know. I was vibrating shaking because of what came on me. It was like somebody set me on fire.

Yes sir.

And as I was shaking I started hearing angels singing.

My ears were opened. I started hearing angels singing and and adoring God and singing and adoring God. I didn't know that I also started praying and worshiping with them. Paul got up off the bed, took the book from me and and shook me up. He said, "I can't let you have this anymore." Because it scared him.

So now he told me, "You need to stop this. This is weird." He took the book from me. That night I couldn't sleep because of what happened. He pulled me out of the experience. So what I started doing is in the day when I was by myself,

I would lock myself in the room because he's gone to work or to hustle whatever he was doing. I would lock myself in the room. Now this is my story. I'm telling you. I would lock myself in the room. I would get on my knees and start praying and singing what they were singing.

Physical fire. I'm not talking about spiritual fire. The Lord Jesus is my witness. It will be like a circle would come over me huge and it will go round and round and round and round and round. In those days when that would happen, I would get get up and walk outside because you feel like you can't breathe.

And then when it comes down, I say I'll pray again tomorrow. So slowly I started building my my tolerance in remaining in that atmosphere.

Even now when I start prophesying that fire thing comes over me again.

There's a time Lee saw it. I think Chaz Chaz has seen it. A few people have seen it. I know when God wants me to minister because that thing comes over me again.

I said, "You know what? Let me see if this thing is just if somebody else was with me, if they would see it or they would experience it." So, I had some friends that also loved God and whatever. One was really crazy. So, I said, "Guys, you guys want to pray?" Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So, they came over. We were, you know, we hung out and we were going to overnight, we call it Kesha, overnight prayer that evening.

So, I was like, "Yeah, let's let's pray." Because I told them about it. They were like, "Yeah, let's pray." Everybody say, "Yeah, even me. Even me." Okay, I feel this. I feel that. I was like, "Cool." So, I'm not the odd one out. So, we get to the room. We close the door. I get on my knees. We start I start praying. Everybody's praying. I start doing what I saw and what I heard.

All of a sudden, the guys who are with me in the room, hey, [gasps] they start wanting to take off. It's too hot. I said, It shocked me. They couldn't see it, but they felt it. One of them said, "No, no, no. This is too much." Stepped outside. Others tried to remain in until they said, "Okay, bro. It's enough."

Then I realized, "Ah, this is key." And I've never let go of that key to this day. That key is what I use when I'm in arenas to deliver people.

Amen. Amen.

I use the same principle because I know when that fire comes down, it doesn't matter where you're hiding.

Yesterday we streamed uh Revelation Night Miami and I watched it and I said you have to and I told Charles this. I said you have to be a fool to challenge this. This is God. Even I was afraid.

Always understand this. If the presence is not present, you're not worshiping. Amen.

It means you haven't entered the secret place.

I'll say it again. If the presence of God is not present, and the presence of God is not when you're crying, because that can just be your soul because you're into the song. Worship takes you out of your mind, out of the song, and into God.

All you see is him. You forget who you are. You forget what you are. All you see is him.

Are you listening to me?

Yes.

The first key to activating true worship is honor.

If you don't understand honor, you don't understand worship. I'll say it again. If you don't understand honor, you don't understand worship. You don't.

Jesus said, "Honor the father." Come on, mommy. It's okay. Honor the father. Honor. So, he says, "Honor the son the same way you honor the father." The word honor there in Hebrew is actually worship. When the Bible says give honor where it is due, it is because God knows if you don't know how to honor men, you will not know how to honor him.

Because somebody who lacks the awareness of honor is not qualified to honor God.

Because if God honors somebody and you dishonor that person, it means you don't know God and you don't know where his hand is. So how can you worship him that when he reveals himself through a man or a woman, you undermine them?

Nobody has ever thrown away a thrown away gold because it's in dirt.

Even though gold may be in the mud, you know gold is valuable. It's just in the wrong location. You can still take it out and wash it

and it will still be gold. It is gold in the mud. It is gold in the fire. And it's gold outside of all those things.

Because men in the church today, men and women in the church today are conno. They cannot see beyond the flesh. So they don't understand honor.

Jesus said, "Give Caesar what is Caesars's and give God what is God's." The Jews could not make a distinction between Caesar and God. Jesus told them, "You don't even know who God is if you think paying your taxes is like paying your tithe.

Some of my spiritual sons and daughters, they see me, they greet me and they bow. I always bow to the fathers always. I will never stop. But they say, "Oh, that is idolatry." You don't know what worship is. If you think honoring a man replaces God, then you have never worshiped God. That means the worship you give to God is the worship that is given to man.

I feel like I'm talking to myself. Anyone who does not understand honor, you will never be good at worship.

When a wife doesn't know how to honor her husband, to understand how to speak to them, to revere them, Jesus said, "Submit yourself to your husband as unto Christ."

And men, love your wives as Christ loves the church.

You notice all the obstacles that we are facing is to teach us how to what? Worship and honor. Because honor is worship.

And if I know how to give man the honor that is due them, then I know that what is given to man is far less than what I will give to God.

But if what I give to man is exactly like what I give to God, I have failed.

Are y'all listening to me?

Yes. If you go to the apostolic churches, you will see uh um icons of church fathers of saints. They honor every vessel that God was using to this day. The bones of men of God, the clothes of men of God, they honor them because they know if they honor them, they honoring God who anointed them. So the art of honor is the beginning of worship. When the four when the three wise men came to Jesus, what did they come to do? They worshiped him.

Herod said, "When you find him, let me know so that I may what? Worship him. Honor him." What did they do to honor him? They brought him gifts that represented who he was.

The gift they gave Jesus was gifts that are given to kings.

Honor. Listen to me.

Honor. A man has been preaching for years. Fathers like like TD Jake, fathers like Kenneth Copelan. Yes, they maybe they messed up. None of my business. Maybe they messed up. Maybe they got things wrong. Fathers like Beni Hinn, maybe they got things wrong. But did you see how God used them?

Are you not afraid to talk negatively?

It's the absence of honor. It doesn't mean something wrong cannot be pointed out, but it can be pointed out honorably.

Amen.

Because if you notice, God doesn't take too kindly when you overstep.

Amen. those whom he has chosen.

He will disgrace you.

Amen.

He will disgrace you.

The absence of honor has killed the future of many men and women of God.

I'll say it one more time. The absence of honor has destroyed so many men and women of God.

So many of them.

Genesis chapter 22 and verse 5.

And Abraham said unto his young men, abide ye here with a donkey.

All those who are reading are paying attention. And I and the lad will go yonder and worship and come again to you.

The word worship here [clears throat] is the word s h a c h a h.

Sacha. It means to bow on self down.

It means to bow oneself down to pro Uh yeah, prostation or to prostate. Yeah, prostrate. One of them. Thank you.

English is not my first language.

But it means to bow yourself down or to lay yourself down. Amen.

But notice when Abraham got to the mountain, he didn't lay down, but he laid down alive.

Amen.

Worship. When he says, "Let us bow down," it is not a physical bowing down. You have never woripped until you give up your life.

Amen.

Y'all are not listening to me. It literally means to lay down a life. It's not just to bow down because what will be the difference between missing apostle and saying apostle thank you thank you father I went on my knees but I didn't lay my life

right

I am on my knees

honoring him because he's a father

say apostle thank you thank you daddy pray for me he says my son puts his hands on me and he blesses me and I say amen.

I humbled myself.

This is a sign of humility.

It is not a sign of laying my life down. But when I go before Jesus

and I am on my knees, I am saying, "Father, my life is yours. You don't need my knees. You need my life.

I laid down do with it whatever you want.

Amen.

So if I lay down on the ground and all I'm saying is hallelujah, there is no one like you. Hallelujah. There's no one like you. I am still not worshiping.

I am not I am still not giving the worship of bowing or laying my life down because you have to remember worship is sacrifice and every sacrifice to be accepted must die.

So if I lay myself down but I am not in the attitude of Lord whatever you want with this life Yes,

it is yours. This is I have nothing to give you except this.

This life is yours. If I don't do that, I have not bowed down.

There are so many people you see them in church. Oh, they are crying tears. But in them, they are just saying I love you. But in their heart, they have not laid down their life. Amen.

They're not saying, "Lord, whatever you want,

you see the Bible says this, your husband's body, your wife's body is not your own. You do with it whatever you want. You're not even allowed to fast unless you ask permission."

Meaning, if your husband says, "No, we are not fasting this week." Or your wife says, "Nah, ain't no fasting this week." God will be like, "Yeah, they are right." Because they have a right over your body.

Worship is the most intimate the most intimate connection you will have with God even in eternity.

If God wants you for himself, but you can't give yourself to him, yet you're his bride, you're not worshiping.

Amen. I pray for you in the name of Jesus.

Amen.

Father, especially those who are clapping, I pray for you in the name of Jesus.

We have so many people with false kneelings because the moment they get up, their life is their own. Yeah.

Amen.

This same bowing down, you see it with the 24 elders in the presence of God.

They are practicing the same worship because they cannot die.

THE POWER AND THE AUTHORITY GOD HAS given them. They literally take THEIR CROWNS OFF, THROW IT AS HIS FEET, and they lay down and they say, "Only you are worthy." Yet they live to fulfill his will. But every time they remind him, we are we are in your counsel

to be intimate with you. We don't care about the service. We do it because you want us to do it. If you tell me to be a janitor, I will do it. They laid themselves down and take off their title and laid at their feet. Some of you, how you dressed prevents you from worshiping. How you think of yourself stops you from worshiping.

What you earn stops you FROM WORSHIPING.

AMEN.

WHO HURT YOU STOPS you from worshiping.

The revelation you have stops you from worshiping

because you esteem yourself so high.

So when people do this, no, that's not how I worship. Are you better than the 24 elders?

Are you better than the angels? Are you better than Abraham? Are you better than the Lord Jesus himself?

I ain't I'm not going to mess up my outfit.

What will people think of me? Like, nah, nope. No, no, not that. Won't meet me. I'm just gonna lift up my hands. And then when they lift up their hands is Abraham gave up what he loved the most. He laid down a life. Then what did God respond and say? Now I know you love me. If you cannot lay down your life in worship, God knows you don't love him.

You can say you love him. You can say you're obedient to him. It means nothing. The obedience God wants primarily is in worship.

Amen.

BECAUSE IF YOU CANNOT OBEY HIM IN WORSHIP whereby he demands you and you reject him, then you think he wants you to just do what he wants you to do. Let me tell you something. Please sit for a second. Those who are married for a long time, you know this. If you are served all the food you like and all that, but there's no intimacy, you don't even care.

They can cook the best meal and everything like that. They don't care. Nobody will care. Yeah, cool. I can get food anywhere.

So, you cooking the best meal doesn't matter. But if you're depriving your spouse, that's a problem. So God is seeking you out. It means he's pursuing you.

Hallelujah.

Let me talk to people who are ready to hear this message. God is pursuing you. God is pursuing you. But every time he comes to you, I have a headache.

I'm so tired.

Uncle Todd, why are you running?

laughter

I come I am. She's like looking like No, it's a joke. I knew I was going to get you.

I have a headache. Ah, I'm on my cycle.

Okay.

Where are you? I'm too busy. Why aren't you I'm you know I got to get this money. It works both ways. But what I'm trying to tell you is this. God is seeking. The word seeking there means to pursue. When he says, "Lord, I am seeking your face." It means I am pursuing you.

So God is pursuing some of you.

And when he wants to bring you to the secret place, you have excuses that stop you.

But when you are in need, you need him.

Father, those who are not clapping, deliver them.

applause

Uh, overflow. Father, let me see the overflow. The people in here, I don't know what is going on. They're clapping like somebody owes them something. Overflow. Please clap your hands. Don't worry about these ones in here. Let me see my overflow people.

Uh-uh. Y'all are showing me the main sanctuary. I asked for media.

Watch them show it later.

laughter

I'm still waiting.

Okay, I think they're having technical issues. It's okay. I can feel you in spirit. So, understand this by the spirit of God worship. There's the level called The name I gave you. Say it again. It means to bow down. But the English word is not making it justice. Say it. Shak.

Thank you. Whatever Benny says, but don't trust her.

Hallelujah.

Psalms 95 verse number six.

Mhm. Uh, uncle, the scriptures are kind of set up a little bit funny. Uh, okay. Okay, I understand actually. Yeah. Psalms 95:6 is showing the same one. Come, oh come, let us worship and bow down. Let us kneel before the Lord our maker.

This is that worship we just discussed.

So I hope you have that with thee. I understand now how you set it up. Gracias. Exodus 3:12. I want to go through this quick so we can finish. Exodus 3:12.
And he said, "Certainly I will be with thee, and this shall be a token unto thee, that I have sent thee, when thou has brought forth the people out of Egypt, ye shall serve God upon this mountain." Can we all read it together? 1 2 3. And he said, "Certainly I will be with thee, and this shall be a token unto thee, that I have sent thee, when thou hast brought forth the people out of Egypt, ye shall serve God upon this mountain." Joshua 24 verse1 15. I want you to write down these verses.
And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom you will serve, whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood or the or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house we will serve the Lord. Can we read that line again?

But as for me, 1 2 3.

But as for me and my house, we shall serve the Lord.

One more time.

But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.

This is the a worship called Abad. A B A D.

If you don't know how to serve, you don't know how to worship.

I will say it one more time. If you don't know how to serve, you don't know how to worship.

Amen.

Because if your life is given up and that life cannot serve the purpose of the person you gave your life to,

then the worship is not complete. Amen.

Because the word to serve here is to worship but worshiing by service.

Worship by service.

Worship by service.

If I cannot serve in church, serve at home, serve in my community, but I say, "Lord, I worship you." God looks at you as a hypocrite.

Because the only way you serve an invisible God is by engaging with physical people who have not met God.

Amen. Your spirituality means nothing if it remains in the spirit.

And to serve here is not the people you love alone. No, that comes naturally. It's the people God wants

that you don't even like.

Selfish people can't worship.

Because if it doesn't gain them anything, they don't want anything to do with it.

If your service waits for pay and you say, "I am serving God." No, you're not. You're serving your pocket.

It's okay. Just be clear about it. Don't pretend.

Don't pretend I'm doing it for God when you're doing it for your pocket.

It's okay. Just admit I am making a living. Don't make it about God.

This is the issue that we have in church. People want to be served but don't want to serve.

In this church whether you are billionaire which I see many.

Amen. or a millionaire witch. I see many.

Amen.

If you want to serve, you'll be just like everybody else. Do you know how amazing it is? You are billionaire, but you're sitting people down.

Oh. Oh, you're welcome. Oh, please sit. And somebody's coming in with an attitude, but you are so nice, so gentle. They even give you trouble. You're like, "No, it's okay." Then later they Google you. Then no no no no don't even Google. They walk out they see a Rolls-Royce with security say sir ma'am your your car is ready. Then they see the usher.

Even me I want to be an asher.

laughter

Come on.

BECAUSE IF SERVING CAN make you REMEMBER YOU ARE ONLY PROMOTED if you serve.

Come on. IF YOU CAN'T I father teach your people to worship.

Hallelujah.

Amen.

The Lord Jesus was given the greatest name above all names. He was lifted above everybody because of his service.

Because of his service.

Father, I have glorified you. Now glorify me with the same glory I shared with you before the world began. Throughout his earthly life, he was pointing to his father. And because of his service, he bears the greatest name.

When people say David was a worshipper, they've never really studied David's life. They think David being a worshipper is playing the harp. You don't know where the Psalms came from. The Psalms came from pain. [clears throat]

Even though the person he was serving hurt him, he still honored him.

Honor is worship. He still called him the anointed one of God. His attitude towards soul never ever changed. His attitude towards God never ever changed. His attitude towards authority never changed. Because worship is not what you sing, it's how you live.

Amen.

Amen.

I'll say it one more time. Worship is how YOU LIVE. SAY, "FATHER, BAPTIZE me in worship." Father, baptize me in worship.

I can hear you.

Father, baptize me in worship.

I can hear you.

Father, baptize me in worship.

What many of you don't understand, the reason why you have a weak prayer life is because you don't know how to worship.

Because once you enter worship,

prayer comes naturally.

Haven't you noticed you'll be in church, if the wind of worship touches you, they can't even stop you. But the problem is it's only seasonal because once in a while you have a car crash with a presence and then you go back then you're like you know I haven't felt it like that any because you don't know how to get there again.

Listen, I have served the elder prophets that God gave me faithfully.

Some I used to iron their clothes.

Some I even used to arrange underweares for their shoes polished. I'll be the first one up at 5:00 a.m.

because I know they will be already awake maybe 3 or 4, but I will they'll give me a little leeway. I will arrange his things. I used to do all those things. I've mentioned to you some of the prophets names, the fathers. They love me to this. There's nothing you if you if anybody says anything about they will say that's not true. We know him. I served these people with nothing. Never asked for a dime. None of them ever paid me.

There was never a payment. I knew what I was doing. I understood what I was doing to the tea.

When we were about to start service, my wife, Bishop Van, and uh and uh I think uh Shandel, we went to see Bishop Mlendon. I've told you about this. They spin the story saying I stole somebody's glory. You're an idiot if you think glory can be stolen. Foolish people. I've never seen people who don't understand. But you know, people will say anything to crush anybody. I have a Listen, in his day, the bishop is a great man. I love him. He's a father. I honor him big time. Big time. He's still active until now. Doing God's work to the best of his ability.

My following is was already bigger than him. When I went to see him, I wasn't unknown. But there is something that he had that I needed

for my ministry.

And if you cannot recognize where God has hidden his treasures in people, no wonder you still have a small church. No wonder you still cannot touch the world because you have no vision.

We went twice to go see him. The first time we went, I knew God wanted us to give so that he can bless us.

And uh I did that then go back. God said, "No, do do it this way." So we went back the next time. We got cash like this a block and we went back to the church. sat down. His service was done. We said, "We'd like to see the bishop. We'd like to see the prophet." Says, "Okay." They let us to go see him. When we saw him, me and my wife took the cash. We went on our knees.

Immediately the man of God started blessing us.

And actually, one of his prophecies came true. He actually did. He said when you will have another son your trajectory will go even higher. You remember that? He did say that sale is here now.

Amen.

And we are going higher and higher and higher and higher.

Amen.

He did say that the prophet blessed us and God said now you got it. Left and came back. I still talk to Bishop once in a while. He will call me. Sometimes I will call him. We've bumped at Raf Laura a few times at Rodeo. Great man of God. Anytime I call him, father say, what do you need this kind?

You have to understand honor. How can God make you great in a land where there are people that are great in spirit? You never went to honor them.

You need to know whom God has given certain graces that is waiting for somebody that will be humble enough to receive it.

Joshua was next in line anyway. But Joshua would have been empty if Moses never laid his hand on him.

Let me give you another point. Maybe I'll do a part two of this because we have so much to cover. Worship by service.

I'll say it again. Worship by service.

Psalms 138 and verse number one.

I will praise thee with my whole heart.
Before the gods will I sing praise unto thee. Can you read that again? 1 2 3.

I will praise thee with my whole heart.

Before the gods will I sing praise unto thee. This worship is called yada to praise with singing and lifting your hands. This is what we do every day. But the lifting hands part people don't understand what it means. To lay down is to give up your life. To lift your hands is to surrender.

You didn't hear what I'm saying? It's not just singing a song, but when you're singing a song and you do this, you're saying, "Father, I am surrendered to you."

We have a hard time following God because those things that we do outside of the presence of God in worship should come automatically on how we do things. The Bible says, you know, uh uh work do every work like unto the Lord. So if you don't know how to be excellent before the Lord, you'll not be excellent in the world. Amen.

But we try to take the world to God and God wants the Lord to mold you by his spirit and you go into the world.

This is the worship we do but we don't do it. We we just we we we we praise with our many times our heart is not in there. We just love the song. Not the God the song is sung to. Woo. That's my favorite song. It doesn't need to be your favorite song. Amen.

There are songs you can connect to, but remember the song is not being sung to you.

I don't care if if God's like if God this is just an example. I don't care if God loves Shabbang Shabbang. I will sing it. It's not my favorite thing, but God loves that. I will sing it to him.

If God wants roses, I will give him roses. I don't care for roses. I don't care. But I will give you because I love you. I That's what worship needs to look like.

I don't sing songs I love because the song is not to me.

The song is to him.

Yes, [clears throat] sir.

I may not even know the words, but if I put my heart and my hands to it, he will receive it.

applause

Clap your hands to Jesus.

Because worship teaches you to what? Surrender. Not yes Lord. Yes. That's not worship. Well, yes Lord to what? Because if we ask you what did God say? Huh? But you're saying yes Lord. Yes Lord. We are so programmed we don't even know what we are doing.

If there's one thing that I desire for all of us is to be so conscious of every act and of every action.

Psalms 150.

Psalms 150. Can we read it?

Amen.

1 2 3. Praise ye the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary. Praise him in the firminant of his power.

Praise him for his mighty acts.

Stop right there. This is called halal.

Halal praise. This is to boast in God.

This is to boast in God.

My wife the most beautiful in the whole world. You're boasting. My husband, [snorts] nobody's stronger than him. You know when we were kids. My dad. No, my dad is the same thing. It's worship

to him. But you are showing people now who he is. So you are boasting of him.

Amen.

I don't know about your God, but my God is good.

Come on.

I don't know about your God, but he protects me.

Oh, he loves me.

He blesses me even when I'm hard-headed and he may smack me a LITTLE BIT, BUT BRING me back to himself. He's so powerful. Look at how he holds up the universe. Amen.

This is worship too

because now you are displaying to everybody what you believe

from what you have encountered with him.

Praise in itself this sounds like praise but it's not. This is worship.

This is worship. I'll give you one more and then we'll do the other ones another time.

Psalms 92 verse 1 to3.

We'll finish with this one today. We have 15 minutes.

1 2 3. It is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord and to sing praises unto the name of most high to show forth thy love kindness in the morning and thy faithfulness every night upon an instrument of 10 strings and upon the sy upon the harp with a song and sound. This is called zama worship.

Zama worship is when you worship God via an instrument.

Now think about now our worship teams.

We have people who are zamaring

and then we have people who are singing.

Meaning the stage should be complete with the fullness of worship. That is not just instruments. It's not just voices. It's not just kneeling. It's not just leaving lifting hands. But it is in how a life is lived.

God doesn't need performers.

He needs worshippers.

Amen.

God is not just looking for a good voice. He needs a pure voice that will move him.

Amen.

When people play tambourines, you can just sit on a drum and start playing the drum, but you're speaking to God.

The instrument is testifying

of how you worship him.

You can be shaking that tambourine in the church.

Somebody may be on a guitar. Somebody may be on keys.

That's zama worship.

It is performed through instruments. Now, not everybody has an instrument.

Not everybody can play. No, that's not true. You can clap your hands.

You You didn't hear you. Did you see what I did there? You have something that can make a sound other than your mouth.
