God Doesn't Change When You Fast

Here's the error when people are trying to fast. Fasting was not meant for external things as much as it was meant for internal things.

Whenever you're fasting, the target of the fast is always for your transformation, not transformation of things, but of you.

The modern day of fasting is I'm going to fast because I want a breakthrough. I'm going to fast because I want an open door. I'm going to fast because I need this. But technically, fasting is about you primarily.

The transformation is needed within you, not in a situation. Because if you are changed, there is no situation that is going to hold you.

Now, when a nation is repenting before God, the whole nation will fast. Why are they fasting? Because you are chastising, humbling your soul. That's what fasting is. You are making yourself available for God to mold you and to do with you what he desires. Fasting does not change God. Can you put that in the comment? Fasting does not change God. I need you to do that. Fasting does not change God. You can fast for 10,000 years. God is not changing. Number one, is the unchangeable change. And number two, he will never change. And we don't want him to change. If he changes, we are consumed. We like him just the way he is. We love him just the way he is.

So, fasting is designed for self-transformation. And when you're in the presence of God, in the hands of the Holy Spirit, that he is able to do with you whatever he sees fit to do in you, through you, and by you.

Now, what most people don't do is they don't understand that fasting is designed primarily to shift your capacity.

Because if I want God to bless me, the question I need to ask is do I have the capacity to carry the blessing I'm asking for?

People lose the blessing they have not because the devil attacked them. Because every provision God gives, he protects.

If Elon Musk says, "I am broke right now."

His broke is not our broke.

Elon is the a trillionaire now, right? He just become the first trillionaire. Now, a trillionaire, if he goes back to being a billionaire, he's broke.

To him is like, "Dang. I'm broke right now. I can't believe I only have a billion."

But to him, his default is at a billion.

He may be visiting trillions, but the billion mark is his default. He can't be less than that, no matter what he does. What is your default? Right now, you are living within your capacity.

The things that are in your life right now are result of your capacity.

Whether or negative. Think about it. Those who are in the world They understand if I don't do ABC then I cannot attain the millions I need. What do millionaires do? Oh, they wake up at 5:00 a.m. Then what do they do? Then they do this, then they do this. By this time their day is done. They have executed If Why would they adapt to that system? Because it forces their capacity to what? Change.

And they start thinking like the wealthy. Every capacity in the spirit begins with revelation.

Am I where God wants me to be?

I need divine revelation of what work I need to do because if I walk in revelation, it means I'm walking within the confines of God's mind. And if I'm operating it within the confines of God's mind, it means that I cannot lose.
