In one line: Scripture is your foundation, not your discernment — discernment is knowing God's mind in every moment, and it starts with a sensitive heart.

Never ever forget to cry before God to give you a sensitive heart. Do you know why many don't understand what discernment is?

This is not discernment.

This is scripture. It teaches you to know the ways of God. But this is not discernment. This is your foundation, your structure. your direction. This is not discernment. Are you listening to me?

Forget what anybody told you. This is not discernment. Discernment is the ability to know God's mind at every situation, at every moment. That is discernment. If you don't have a sensitive heart, then you don't know what the Holy Spirit is doing. Then you have no discernment.

Amen.

That's good. I'm going to say that again. The inability to discern the move of the spirit means you have no discernment.

Amen.

Scripture creates a godly opinion.

Discernment tells you God's mind, God's heart, God's intention. That is why somebody who knows scripture may look at somebody according to the standard of scripture say Rahab she's a prostitute she helps us she helps us but she helped us but God doesn't care for her he may forgive her but she's not one of us then the Holy Spirit says save her for me she is righteous unto me. Scripture may say God may forgive.

Discernment will say how precious how precious she is to God. To the eyes of men, she's unclean. But by the spirit of God, she is righteous.

I don't know if you can see how God's mind. My ways are not what your ways.

God's ways are very strange.

Somebody that you look at them and said there's nothing special about them. God is saying that's the one.

Samuel gets to Jesse's house.

Looks at the firstborn who looks like a leader, says, "Surely this is the anointed of the Lord.

Look at how he looks." And the voice of God whispered in his ear and said, "Hey, hey, no, not him. I have not chosen him." In fact, God said, "I have rejected him."

That is the word scripture uses. I have rejected him. Meaning God tried him and he had failed. But the prophet looked and said, "The appearance is correct." God said, "No, I have rejected him."

They bring out another son says I have rejected him. Then he realized now how can you send me to this house and he has rejected everybody. So he looks at the father and says sir do you have another son? Say well oh yeah I have somebody in the field.

The moment he saw David the spirit of God says I have found myself somebody. This is him. The word of God can make you judgmental.

That's the problem with the Pharisees. That's good.

Scripture, if you're not careful, will make you worse than an unbeliever because you'll be judgmental. You won't see God. You'll see somebody there's a there's a there's um a a man of God I saw online. He's he has tattoos on his face everywhere. Like literally on his face. And he was casting out demons and people are were saying how can a man of God be like this. But the person who saying how can a man of God be like this can't cast out a demon.

So you are looking at the person but you can't see the spirit because you lack discernment. The apostles who walked with Jesus Jesus is saying that I want to save everybody. They still don't believe it. Then one day they saw the outpouring of the spirit on the Gentiles and on them and they said surely there is no more Greek nor Jew nothing like that is because look the spirit of God is falling on them like us. Do you know why they needed to see? According to the law, they were knew that these guys are not part of Abraham. But looking through the eyes of the spirit, they saw differently.

Discernment begins when you have a sensitive heart. One day I will write a book just on discernment for you to understand what discernment is. When people tell you use discernment, know that those people don't even know what discernment is because discernment is on autopilot when you are sensitive to God's heart.

You just know God's mind without anybody explaining it to you. When I arrived, I was going to the back and one of our camera operators that do the testimony, he came to me said I I always say hi to all of them. He came to me and said, "Prophet, prophet, pray for my while he's saying pray for my father." I took my hand and I put it on his chest.

And I asked him, "Do you know I put my hand on your chest?" He looked at me and he said, "Uh, I'm not sure." I said, "What is going on with your brother?" He said, "He's having difficulty to breathe." I said, "You see where I put my hand? It's already done." Discernment tells you God's mind.

That's good.

Not prophecy. That's not prophecy, discernment. You just know.

You just know.

It's a knowing. It's a divine knowing. Not emotions, not feelings. I used to know something was wrong. If you have discernment, you can't wrestle with discernment.

Discernment convicts you to the point that you can't sleep.

When somebody says, um, you know, I was arguing with God, That was a revelation, not discernment. Discernment makes you see a way a way where there is no way. That you cannot ignore the way that everything in you is compelling you about the way that you have no choice but to go in that way.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

Discernment has a conviction.

When Zachcharias heard that Jesus was coming, something told him climb the tree like why why would I? He just was compelled. You have to remember this is a very important person in the city. He was short but he climbed the tree. He just wanted to see Jesus. But his climbing the tree was the place of his appointment. Jesus marches right up to him and says, "Zachariah, come down."

Says, "You know my name." Say, "Yeah, yeah, come down. I'm coming to eat at your house. Sir,

he already had a spiritual appointment. It was discernment that made him position himself.

He wanted to see Jesus, but he didn't know that it was a prophetic positioning that he stood out of everybody for Jesus to pick him. Don't miss what God has for you.

Don't ever miss what God has for you. The easiest way, start praying for your heart. Father, give me a sensitive heart. Give me a heart that understands you. Give me a heart that can sense you. Give me a heart that is close to you. Remove the heart of stone. Give me a heart of flesh. The moment that becomes your prayer,

you will sit down one day when we meet in heaven, you will say, "Ah, prophet, thank you."

Amen. Amen.
