When you walk in dominion because you control systems even you can't even drown because drowning has to ask you permission.
The Bible says Jesus
was praying and he told his disciples go ahead I will meet you.
Then after he finished praying he comes to the shore. He's like ah there's no boat. The Bible literally says finding no boat he walked on water. Because Jesus is the throne of thrones is the dominion of dominions. Water had to ask him permission. Sir, do you want to swim or to walk?
BECAUSE HE'S DETERMINING HOW THE WATER WILL REACT. You see for too LONG YOU HAVE WAITED FOR PEOPLE TO DECIDE. IT TAKES 10 years to make it, 20 years to MAKE IT. BUT WHEN YOU ARE IN DOMINION systems obey you differently. I FEEL LIKE I'M TALKING TO MYSELF.
[applause and cheering]
THAT IS THE DEFINITION OF AUTHORITY.
